Issue with rewards coupon
Your website displayed an active rewards coupon in my account, but when I attempted to redeem it, I received an error stating it was expired — despite a valid expiration date one week out. When I contacted customer service, I was told the coupon had already been used. If that’s the case, it should not have been visible as a redeemable option in my account.

Each of my orders have been shipped and received on time, if not early. The extra care given to an to an item that contained gel caps was contained in an additional insulated wrap with an ice pack. I appreciate the thoughtfulness.
