The shipping costs leave something to be desired.
As a first time customer, the experience would be markedly improved with a slightly lower threshold for free shipping. Instead of $50, make it $40. I shouldn't have to pay over $10 for 2 small bottles.

Quality products and excellent service. I absolutely loved the fact that I got free shipping. Unlike most companies that want to give influencers free stuff with shipping included.
