Always good and fast shipping

Good correspondence. Took awhile to sort out a issue but communication was always present. That was appreciated.

Products appear ok. However, communication and tracking is abhorrent. Took well over 3 weeks for one order to arrive after they marked it complete. With enough nagging they gave me tracking info. Merely showed "label created awaiting product" for three weeks. Plan way ahead if you're on a routine of any sort.

Been ordering from rcd for like seven years now. They are always on time. And very helpful when issues have arrived. I will continue to get my research Chems from them

Its a scam.
Any positive review or comment you see is a part of a campaign of Fake account ,created only to review this network websites.too easy and idiotic to verify.

I ordered a product from them over a month ago.
Inever delivered.

What happened:
They use an extremely slow, opaque shipping method
After weeks of emails, they claimed they “re-shipped” the order
The “new” tracking number was identical to the original one
Today they emailed begging me to remove my negative reviews in exchange for an “immediate refund”
I removed the reviews
Minutes later: “The refund will take time, thanks for your patience”
So:
“Immediate refund” magically turned into “wait indefinitely” once the reviews were gone.
Even worse:

nootropicsunlimited
prometheuz
These sites share identical patterns:
Fake Facebook accounts posting positive reviews
Those accounts review only these same sites and nothing else
No real customer history, no normal activity
This isn’t a shipping delay.
This is systematic, coordinated scam operation.

Product was as described and shipped. Only thing is shipping took longer than it should have

RCD is not the same these days, I’m sad to say. Have been a customer for years and would previously defend this company from naysayers and folks who would complain about shipping. Unfortunately, I have faced growing issues over the past year; it began with minor trouble on discount codes and offers not working (a concern after RCD began raising prices month after month)… RCD stopped being responsive to inquiries about their discount codes after initially trying to offer some help. Then, with my last order, I noticed decreased quality of product itself on top of a more serious concern about receiving less product than ordered (and less than the packaging itself claimed was within). Upon pointing out, RCD took a while to respond. However, once they did, I immediately sent the additional details they requested and then heard nothing back. Now, RCD will not respond to any email inquiries beyond those about making payment to them, which is a huge red flag. I’ve spent many tens of thousands of dollars with RCD over the years, and to go from happy customer to writing this review has taken a lot. While their website has become flashier, their products and support are no longer the same. I don’t think I can proactively defend RCD anymore and, if I do order, I do so knowing that there will be no recourse if anything is wrong. I think it’s telling that RCD stopped responding to Trust Pilot posts in the last three or four months. That’s around when an already dwindling sense of goodness with the site finally vanished for me. Am putting in what is likely to be a final order unless they come around to address my misgivings. Has been over a month since I last tried following up on the last failed order; RCD was a great service for many years.

Their products are authentic and effective. No complaints there. However, I didn’t receive any updates for a week. That's annoying.

In terms of product quality and their prices, no store comes even close. But the customer service is very slow. Often, they forget to update you on the delivery status. Everything arrives as they say; however, no issues there.

I have been ordering from RCDBio for a while now, and their products always arrive in perfect condition. But i don't know why, I don't get any shipping updates each time I order. They need to improve on this. However, to be honest, I always forget about everything when i receive the products. Really happy with the quality of their products each time.

Both were authentic. I just wish that their customer support had been a bit more responsive. I had some queries about the ingredients. Apart from that, the delivery and products received were too good

Zelle payment would not get accepted by them. And I kept getting emails to pay for the order when I followed all instructions clearly.

Beautiful packaging. Really loved it.. One thing, however, that can be improved is proactive updates after order placement. I had to email support for tracking. Overall, I am happy, though.

Very genuine products. My only complaint is that it took me a while to actually trace the tracking number on the site. Maybe it was not activated, i don't know. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Do not expect a timely response. I used their payment system they have on their website and they can not find my payment. It has cleared my bank account and they can not give me a refund. I showed them the transaction and still nothing. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
