Glasses were ok. Light to carry and lenses fine initially. Supplied case was a bit fidgity to use and my glasses came partially out of the case when being carried around. Both lenses scratched withn a couple of days of normal use. It may have been the blue light filter layer that has scratched. Seem to have been scratched while inside the provided case. Other glasses I've had with plastic lenses have been a lot more durable.
my last order cruz-reading-2/navy/default and neck-cord the glasse were ok but neck-cord that a pay 17.00 was broken the cord was all in pieces that was not profesional
These spectacles are superb quality. They are very comfortable to wear. The varifocal lens function well.
I am a frequent buyer of Nooz reading & sunglasses. I recently had a problem with a defective hinge. After notifying Nooz with the necessary pictures and background as evidence, the Nooz team within a day send a replacement pair to correct the issue. A few year back, I also had an issue with the coating of my sunglasses. Same response, namely an immediate replacement of the defective sunglasses. Super customer service! Well done Nooz Team.

I ordered multifocal glasses with a blue light filter. Everything works fine maybe except for looking straight ahead; the strongest diopters are in the bottom half of the lenses, so if you are looking at the monitor directly in front of you, it is better to use standard reading glasses.

I am new to Nooz, so these are really my first impressions.
I am overall very happy with my purchase. I find that the multi‑distance readers are at least equivalent (if not better) than the prescription "office" ones I already own. I love their shape and the case, as well as the different options available. Having such a slim case is especially important for me, as it allows me to keep them easily in my purse.
Some points for consideration :
- I am slightly concerned that the case could be improved to prevent it from causing scratches rather than protecting the glasses. For instance, by adding a softer material along the rim where the glasses slide in.
- Not important, but would be great if all color options were available for non-blue light frames.
I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Nooz and have always been satisfied. The quality is excellent, the design is stylish, and the service is consistently professional. I highly recommend Nooz — 100%!

Although shopping was an easy process the deliver was very poor. My parcel was late and I got no feedback on its wherabouts. I presume the issue is on the carier but it is something you should look into.
I didn’t receive my order yet. I think DHL was the carrier, they just came one day, there was no one at home and they never contacted me to show an alternative. I didn’t receive neither my order neyther a reimbursement
This is my fifth pair of glasses from Nooz, I first discovered them in the airport at Malmo, so far I have managed to lose 2 pairs and decided to find Nooz online, the process was easy and the glasses are great, I love them, probably the best readers on the market
easy to order, smooth delivery and perfect packaging.
Still I did not receive the ordered glasses, even I ordered 3 weeks ago. I got a tracker number, what only shows that my order is in Hungary. I wrote to customer service that could not answer any tangible answer.

I also wear my (multifocal) conctact lenses and the glasses reduce the night-time glare caused by them
Return policy is not clearly stated. Yes. It’s in the return policy. But let’s be honest. Nowadays. People expect trouble free returns so if you are going to make someone pay for the return it should be clearly stated. Product looked great. The description of not 0 mag on top was missed so wanted to return and try another pair. But given policy was afraid I’d end up paying too much in return fees
I ordered 3 pair of glasses. All came in a good situation without false and exactly that I order. My new glasses help me during the day to see the small letters better and it is easy to carry on with me.. Thank you.
I’ve ordered from Nooz before and have been happy until my latest order. They sent the wrong order and accused me of lying and insisted that they sent the correct order. I told them the stickers that show that the lenses were multi focal was only on one of the glasses and when I tried them on, I could tell that they were single vision as I could only see 3 feet ahead until everything went blurry. Obviously reading prescription only. The other pair in the order was correct. When I contacted support, they insisted that I was wrong and that the only way i would get another pair is if I returned the pair to prove they were incorrect. So because of your mistake, I now have to return ship the glasses to have them replaced. You need to learn better customer service, especially when you have, or had should I say a loyal customer. Do better.
Since I discovered NOOZ a few years ago, I’ve ordered the original (a couple of times), sunglasses and now the new driving glasses. They are light, comfortable and beautiful. I love them all!
