Nooz is hiding VAT and import costs
Nooz is totally intransparent. They charge for VAT in the invoice and later the customer has to pay again for import cost and tax clearance.
Will never use this again.

Good but try it first
I like the glasses proposed by nooz. My pair is stylish and seems to be good quality. However, I am conflicted for the experience of the reading lenses I bought. Having acquired the reading glasses +2.5 (that I have been prescribed from an opthalmologist and regularly used in other brands) I decided to get the additional blue screen protection. When I tried my nooz glasses I felt a dizziness and blurry image. This is something that felt weird to me since the magnification since to work however the long use of the glasses gives me irritation and slight headache. I decided, maybe mistakenly not to proceed to a change and reimboursement since I like the style of my nooz glasses and I thought that it might be simply a question of adaptation to the new glasses. But the issue persists and I am not sure what creates it, and I would like to get some feedback from the company.

Multi-distance might not be perfect for detailed reading.
I really like the design of these Nooz glasses – they look great and the style is very appealing. However, I have to say that with the multi-distance lenses, I struggle to see letters clearly when reading. The material of the frame is okay, but not premium. Overall, a nice model, just be aware that the multi-distance might not be perfect for detailed reading.

i've bought already several glasses but this time i'm experiencing something special.
when i read something on screen it's like the screen is rounded.
it's like there is something wrong with the glass.

Initially was a huge fan of these glasses thought they were a game changer . Other varifocal readers exist but were poorer quality. I have purchased 5 pairs so this is a fair review sample . The problem with these glasses is they scratch on the case in the end right in the central field of view. Secondly just ordered some more pairs one Boa and one of the new acrylic range to the UK . They cost me £127 for 2 pairs . I then received a customs charge of £42 . Making 2 pair£168! I can get them prescription made at my local opticians for that ! Won’t be buying again !!!!

As for customs, ever since Brexit, orders exceeding a certain value are subject to import duties. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, though unfortunately we are not responsible for these charges. To help reduce such costs, we recommend splitting orders into smaller shipments.

Very light frames and clear lenses
Very light frames and clear lenses. The case is surprisingly convenient. I thought I wouldn't like it, but I actually do. It's small and fits nicely into the breast pocket of my scrubs. I love the multi-distance lens! I would have liked a greater selection of frames with multi-distance lenses that aren't blue-light blocking.

Excellent quality but
The quality of the glasses is excellent,
Ordering was chaotic , in stock on web then email saying out of stock after payment etc .
I was disappointed that the Sunglasses readers were fully readers as they are of no use when moving around, ie outside in the sun .
I have other sports sunglasses with a reader at the bottom which works very well.

My first readers from Nooz were amazing...my second pair, very disappointing
My first readers from Nooz were amazing. Love them. My prescription changed so I ordered a new pair. I have been very disappointed. I wanted to try the multi focus and they only come with blue light. First of all, the glasses will not stay in the case which is annoying, the lenses are very reflective and they mark and scratch very easily. I don't recommend this new blue light lens. I love Nooz but I am disappointed in my last purchase.

Avoid like the plague, you will not get a refund.
I remembered i forgot give them 1 star here as well.
A couple of years ago i ordered a bundle of 2 sunglasses. The coating on the lenses literally fell off in the first month.
They did reply on the first email saying they will refund but in the end they stopped replying. I contacted them everywhere and they are just hitting ignore.
Avoid this company like the plague. Low quality. No customer support. No replies via email instagram etc.

First I was pretty sad as I forgot my beloved Nooz sunglasses at a petrol station on a motorway in Italy.
Still unhappy when I tried to go back to the same store and was told they didn't have it anymore.
But I got quickly on their website and non only did I ordered the same ones but a pair of their reading glasses too.
I was amazed to see I had received a parcel within two days.
So glad again to be able to wear such s good pair of sunglasses.
I am looking now to order another pair in a different style and colour.
