Amazing customer service! Extremely polite, and helpful. Beautiful product. Highly recommended. I'm extremely grateful.

Sadly, this seller does not value their clients loyalty. After purchasing several items over 3 years for thousands of dollars, this seller decided that they no longer wished to keep their client satisfied. My last purchase was a pair of letter earrings which were clearly not custom made, yet when I asked to exchange them for smaller ones because they are too big for my wife’s ears, the seller claimed they were final sale — after never mentioning this during the sales process. Beware that this seller may choose to change their policies on a whim — and if you choose to purchase from them, be sure it’s via a channel where you have recourse when they stop responding. This seller claimed they had to go on vacation and then stopped responding. I’d stay away.

I purchased this ring to stack between my engagement ring and the Noray Stackable Milgrain Ring w/diamonds. As with the milgrain band, which is my wedding band, the quality is excellent. For rings that are thin and contain cut diamonds that are small, they sparkle beautifully! They add extra sparkle to my engagement ring and I am very pleased. Although they are thin bands, 2.3mm, they are not flimsy or easily bent. I have been wearing the milgrain band for over a year and it is just as beautiful as it was they day i recieved it. Shipping is very quick - three days! Couldn't be happier.

Noray Designs is great! I had a special order made - I wanted diamond hoops in yellow gold. The earrings came out great and delivery in a week. I communicated with Anna via e-mail and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend purchasing jewelry from Noray Designs.

Our 40th wedding anniversary was fast approaching and I realized I wanted a traditional stone (ruby). We searched online, found several, but Noray Designs had the one that caught my eye. As we are in Canada, I contacted them to see if it could be sent in time for August 8. Anna was so helpful, and the ring arrived on the 5th, in plenty of time. It is more stunning than the picture and I am thrilled to pieces. Thank you!

Their jewelry is of very high quality and their customer service is great. I ordered a ring that was beautiful . Had gems all the way around the band, the prongs made it uncomfortable and after trying it on I knew I would never wear it due to the non-comfortable factor. I returned it the next day and they allowed me to exchange it for another ring that was about the same price.

I found a Noray ring that I loved on another website. I wanted to see if some aspects of the ring could be customized, so I visited Noray Designs in person. They were very accommodating. They took the time to show me different stones and metals, so I could compare colors. I was also shown some other similar designs, and tried on a number of rings that caught my eye. They provided options regarding sizing, because I've had issues with my rings spinning on my fingers. I ordered the ring with beads, but was unsure. Noray promised to change it for me if I didn't like it. I was pleasantly surprised that the ring was ready in a week's time! I'm happy to say, it's gorgeous. I would definitely go back to them when in the market for more jewelry. The quality, price, and customer service exceeding my expectations.
