Not bad, but not great. I really waned to like this backpack as it looks great, but the pockets up front are a huge miss. The pockets or sleeves inside the side pockets are sideways slots and nothing stays in them, they are very hard to access and make the backpack virtually unusable. The rest of the backpack is just fine.

I love this bag. I purchased it for a Europe trip. Thought I would just carry it for a few days to see how I liked it. It is now my every day bag. This bag holds more than you would ever think! I cant even tell you what I have crammed in there - thinking oh I bet this wont fit in my purse....however it does. (i.e. my lunch for work, and my breakfast!) I am so impressed. I may never use it just for a travel bag. It is my everyday bag! It really is roomy - my everyday stuff leaves so much room in it I can add my lunch with no problem or second thought! It is made of high quality material. There is nothing about this product I do not like,

Very very good, Very satisfied, beautiful products, the color matches the photo exactly and it is a gorgeous bag. However, I ordered two more later, and the long shoulder strap was missing from this first order, and I don't know how to email about that. Could you please check that for me?

Easy to order on-line. Delivery was quick. The bag is just the right size for travelling, good for carry-on. It has lots of useful features, including the ability to slip over the handle of your suitcase. It seems to be good quality. I like the colour combination and the style.

This is a great set, the bag is large enough to take everything I need for a couple of days away without packing a suitcase. Love the pocket organising. The bags are very well made. It is a very smart combination, now my husband has his eye on it.

This is such a great travel product to own. Very practical and pockets easy to access. Made from quality materials. I'm preparing it for my next holiday overseas, when able.

I’m so pleased that I bought my beautiful purple Nordace bag. It’s stylish and roomy and perfect for a short trip or as a cabin bag. Love it!

I really appreciate the customer service. I recieved my first bag, black with tan handles and the additional cross purse was black while the tote was more of a gray color, I was disappointed that the two didn't match. I couldn't return for a refund since the company said they couldn't see the difference in the pictures that would make it an imprefection but they offered me a total black tote for $54 more and told me to keep the first one too.

I bought roto foldable backpack, and love it. Folds up easily, and was the perfect size for my recent trip to Ireland. I was struggling to find a "personal" item that would fit under the seat, Aer Lingus has smaller size limit than other airlines. This was perfect! It fit under the seat, was easy to access when needed, and having the strap for over the carry on handle was great.

I am enjoying using this little bag. I can wip out my phone out quickly to take pictures.
It holds my small wallet, lip barm and tissues. I know that my things are safe.

Ordering was straight forward and item was delivered safely.
The quality of the rucksack is excellent and it provides a convenient and useful way to carry all the various items you need whilst travelling.
This is the 3rd rucksack bought as family members can see how it makes travel easier.
Accepted as carryon/hand luggage by many airlines makes it perfect for hassle free travel.

Delivery Took longer than I thought but very pleased with my bag. However I do feel it is vastly overpriced.
