Love the tote. The wallet doesn’t work for me. I that a horizontal presentation works better for me. Never could find stuff that sank to the bottom.

Purchased the Siena Pro Tote bag - Grande. It's stunning -an absolute show stopper. The color is magnificent vivid purple, Love the many features - key holder & numerous pockets for organizing, Customer service could not have been better. Packaging - great with a sturdy box & cover for the bag. The bag organization within makes traveling so much easier.

The bag is exceptional; despite being small, she fits a lot and protects everything.

This is honestly the best handbag I have ever had for travelling. I had it on a 3-week train trip around Europe and it was perfect in every way. So well organised and fits everything you need to have quickly available and feels safe. I will order another one in a different color.

I’ve been using the Nordace Siena Pro 17 Backpack for about 8 months now. While the bag looks stylish and feels comfortable to carry, I don’t think its features fully justify the price tag.

One of my main concerns is the design of the two quick-access front compartments. They are positioned vertically on either side of the front panel, and because of this placement, they feel quite vulnerable to theft. The zips can be opened easily without the wearer noticing, especially in crowded areas. As a result, I tend to avoid using these compartments.

Additionally, one of these front sections includes dedicated slots for keys, sunglasses, and an RFID-blocking card holder. While this sounds useful in theory, the location makes me hesitant to store valuables there, which limits the practicality of these features.

The hidden back pocket is a safer option, but it’s relatively small. Trying to fit both a wallet and phone makes it feel bulky and uncomfortable.

On the positive side, the shoulder cushioning is good, and the bag is comfortable to wear even for longer periods.

The backpack also includes two main compartments, one for a laptop and another for general storage. However, I’ve noticed that it starts to feel quite bloated when carrying everyday essentials like a laptop, charger, headphones, lunchbox, phone charger, ID card, small toiletries, and a notepad. This affects both the look and comfort of the bag.

Overall, while the design and comfort are decent, the usability and security aspects fall short. Also, this is definitely not a travel bag. At this price point, I would have expected a more practical and seamless everyday experience.

Love this bag. There is plenty of room and the ability to remain organized. Travel is easier with this bag.

I’ve always loved Nordace products. However disappointed with this product. The side press clips don’t stay closed. As soon as you lift the bag to put it on your back they open.

This is the 3rd Sienna Backpack I have bought - they are just great and hold so much especially with the compression packs. I would highly recommend them. We regularly travel with EasyJet from Aberdeen to London and the backpack is the perfect carryon size.

I am not sure if the mini backpack was used and returned before it was shiped out me as a new purchase. It was stuffed (not folded) into it's pouch and is so creased I cannot get the wrinkles out. It looks terrible.

Lightweight and strong zipper with several areas to store stuff.

I ordered a Siena Pro 15 backpack on 6 April. Was concerned about the delivery time as I wanted it before travelling on 20 April, and expected shipping time was listed as 7-12 business days (deliveries from Hong Kong, I believe). The tracking link in my email from them didn't work so I emailed customer service and received a very quick reply. The order then arrived on Saturday 11 April, so extremely quickly. The quality of the product is fantastic. Very impressed by the speed of delivery and customer service.

This was by far my best purchase experience yet. The ordering process, delivery time and my new bag is amazing. So many pockets, computer compartment, key chain, great quality material and bonus; it is purple my favorite color. So happy.

I love my bag. Plenty of pockets to hold stuff and it's waterproof.

Placed an order, received the items and items were returned within 4 days. All of the items were in unused condition, tags attached repackaged in the original plastic bags and mailed back in the original box. The company doesn't pay for the return postage which I was aware of so I paid the fee. After weeks with no response from thus company I emailed them several times requesting confirmation of the return. It took the company 3 weeks to issue the refund and when that was received it was shirt $76.34 with no reason or explanation. I have emailed Nordace which is a Japanese company 4 times requesting a complete refund with only 2 responses stating that a full refund was issued which is a complete lie. BEWARE OF THIS NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY. THEY DONOT COMPLY WITH THEIR OWN COMPANY WRITTEN POLICY AND STEAL FTOM THEIR CUSTOMERS.
