The book contains very surface level information. In addition, they immediately sign you up for a trial of their app with no notice and will charge you an exorbitant price of $30.99 after the trial "ends". They will then refuse to refund you for the subscription to their app that you had no idea you even had. And there is nowhere on the app to manage the "subscription" or add payment options. Complete scam!

I needed to update a piece of information, I did add instructed but somehow another book was ordered. When I contacted them about it, they refunded the original order which had hardback added to it and by the time I noticed the refund, contacted them and got a response, it was too late to correct, the book was already in production and the only way to get it in hard cover was to order again. I asked if they could give me a discount, they gracefully sent me a link and I was able to purchase another with the hard cover for $50. Even though mistakes were made, I feel like they handled the situation adequately, thank you.

I haven't purchased but Reverse Image Search is your friend.
I haven't purchased, but I did get an ad for this personalized book.. After going into it and through the process of answering some questions I figured this was a scam.. so at the end of it, it tells you who the creator is of this product, and if you go into image reverse search, OH there it is, a stock photo of an older lady sitting . This is a scam product, and most likely done by ai and not the best.
ha, literally trying to reply to me as if your product is real isn't going to help you. This is most definitely Ai stuff, and a scam, with you taking stock photos of random people like you don't realize we can reverse search anything. I'm not dumb, don't treat these people like they are, fess up.
