Scam with a hat
Same as others’ experience. After no-delivery I found the telephone number associated with them and the woman who answered said she had never heard of the company and was very wary- like maybe she’d received other similar calls.

Misrepresents as a Canadian company. No address. No phone number. Product sent from China. Emails to "info@....." Did not respond to emails or letter requesting information about the company or cancellation of order. Item received ( my normal size) but does not fit. In trying to support a company that advertises as CANADIAN scammed by these low life thugs, Buyers Beware they will take your money and run!
china company not canadian
another sponsored facebook scam
Complete scam. Poor quality. Sizes massively smaller. Not Canadian - CHINA crap. Pictures are 100% misrepresentation - looks great. Picture is Mercedes and actual product is a broken e-bike. DO NOT BUY AND WARN EVERYONE.
Well, vest I bought from them is a kid's size and they promised me new one more than month ago but nothing happened. Not even answering my questions about promised tracking number.
I was conned thinking I could pay a little extra for a Canadian product - but when the product had to clear customs I knew there was something wrong. I did get it and the hats OK but not worth the %50 off I paid. Can't trust anyone anymore.
Misreresents as a Canadian company. No address. No phone number. Product sent from China. Emails to "info@....." Did not respond to emails or letter requesting information about the company or cancellation of order. Item received ( my normal size) but does not fit. This company goes by several names on Facebook.
Ordered an item online. They sent it to a person and address unknown to me.
Contacted the Company who said it was my responsibility and they refused to get involved. Left me with no choice but to contact the individual who fortunately was very helpful. Further he advised this wasn’t the first time. Apparently the Company populated the delivery address from their sales database.
I retrieved the pkg and opened it to find that the vest had a large X marked on it. I contacted the company again and they offered me another vest. I rejected that offer and requested my money back.
To date, no response despite repeated requests.
Avoid at all costs
Looks like a Canadian company, but product shipped from China. "Winston Vintage Beret" is of OK quality but grossly overpriced at $40 (supposedly reduced from $80).
Buyer beware.
The product actually did arrive after a very long time.
I am a big man. I ordered two vests, each in size of 4XX.
They wouldn't fit anyone bigger than a small.
Trying to contact them.
They are not replying.
Scammed again.
Damn.
actually deliver what you paid for order #4821
Scammed. No delivery and no communication. Chinese scam (go figure, JT likes them).
They even BS the trust pilot reviews.. .
I used different email for this review, so TP will hide it.
I ordered an Algonquin™ | Lightweight Multi-Pocket Utility Vest Grey / 2XL on July 7/25
I am 220 lbs. and have a 44" chest size which calls for an XL.
To be on the safe side I ordered a 2XL
It finally arrived today July 26/25 and to my surprise it was no where near the size in the chart. It is labeled as a 2XL but fits my 115 lb. wife very well.
This site makes you believe it’s Canadian it’s not it’s Chinese , the sizes are not North American but Asian , I ordered an XL which is normally large on me but the vest is a medium at best . This site won’t accept returns . Avoid this site at all cost .
This is a fake Canadian company. # weeks and I still have not received my order. Just found out they ship from China. No response from my e-mail. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered on July 04, 2025. It is now July 21, 2025. I have emailed them and got no reply. This company is a scam!
If zero was an option I would rate this company a zero. Ordered a hat on July 4 2025, still have not gotten it and cannot track. Guess I’ve been scammed. Don’t buy from them.
Can’t track my package. Order placed on June 18, 2025.
It’s looking like a scam!
This is likely a scam. I ordered a rugged oxford shirt. The shirt is a cheap 95% polyester garbage. Their website description is misleading and the images are of a stone washed oxford shirt. The store says proudly Canadian, the item was shipped from China. The website says Nord Atelier Montreal....I fell for this scam. I wanted to return the shirt and they refused stating that the shirt shipped represents the images. Don't fall for this scam!!
