Right from my initial enquiry, everything has been wonderful. My rep was Ruta and she kept me well informed and up to date before arriving in Lithuania. Pick up at the airport was seamless. Arriving at Nords, first impressions were really positive, everything was spotlessly clean and everyone was so friendly. One little hiccup happened with regards to our accommodation, when we got to the room it was not clean from the previous occupant but that said the housekeeping staff got onto it straight away and sorted it out in no time so was only a very minor issue. I had my surgery at one of the sister clinics, again everything was seamless. The clinic was spotless, all staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. My surgeon was Dr Varkalys, he was so friendly and helped me with exactly what I wanted to achieve. I was so calm going into surgery and made to feel so comfortable. Post surgery, the nurse visits and massages were lovely. If I had to say anything negative, it would only be about the beds in the accommodation, they are too hard and the pillows have seen better days. But that did not take away from such a positive experience. I am currently 11 days post op and I am healing really well with no concerns. I would not hesitate to go back to Nords and would recommend to anyone considering plastic surgery abroad.

It’s been a month since I’ve had my Septo-rhinoplasty done with Dr Gytis Baranauskas and I couldn’t be happier! The consultations were thorough, having multiple before the surgery to make sure I was clear on what I wanted, and the clinic made sure I was healthy and ready for the surgery with many tests beforehand, the staff are all very kind and helpful which made the process so much easier. Once the cast was removed although the nose was still swollen I immediately loved the results and was left with little to no bruising, these past few weeks my breathing has improved so much, especially when sleeping at night and I truly am so pleased with how the shape is looking although I know the final result will be after a year, I find it’s the best it could be and has suited well with the rest of my features. A big thank you again to Dr Gytis Baranauskas and Nords!

I have recently returned from my surgery at Nords clinic. I had an extended tummy tuck surgery performed by Dr.Goda, she has done an amazing job along with her team. I honestly can not fault this clinic, from the first initial contact with my representative Sabina. I did my research for quite some time before contacting this clinic and they definitely did not disappoint. Al, the staff at nords are extremely professional and there is no language barrier as they all speak perfect English, the treatment I received from the pick up at the airport to the day I left the clinic, I can not fault it in any way.
I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat to anyone who is thinking about going to another country for surgery, I am so happy with my results so far and I have been very fortunate to not have any complications. I know it is a long road to see the final results of my surgery but I am so happy that I chose this clinic and Dr.Goda has done an amazing job. I travelled solo to Lithuania for gender-affirming top surgery all the way from Australia. Nordesthetics was top notch not only in terms of my surgical results, but was incredibly helpful in helping with the logistics of travel in a foreign country, including baggage handling when I could not lift much after surgery. My surgeon, Dr Egle Dobilinske, recommended a course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy after my surgery in order to resolve a minor wound healing issue over several days and I was not charged any additional fees for this, including lifts to and from the clinic.

After researching surgeons here in the UK and looking carefully at the level of care you actually receive, I decided to go with Nordesthetics and I’m so glad I did.

I have health anxiety due to some traumatic medical experiences in the past, so feeling safe and supported was incredibly important to me. I honestly can’t fault Nordesthetics. From start to finish, they made me feel completely at ease and ensured I was well looked after.

The wards are immaculate, the staff are kind and attentive, and the overall standard of care is excellent. People often assume the UK is automatically better, but from my experience (and that of my friends), that just isn’t true.

In the UK, after surgery, you’re usually told to follow up with your GP or go to A&E if needed. At Nordesthetics, you’re able to see your surgeon or go to the clinic daily if needed, which I did for 8 days post surgery and they genuinely care about your recovery.

Many of my friends are now planning to go after seeing how well everything went for me and because they trust my opinion. I would absolutely recommend Nordesthetics to anyone considering surgery abroad they truly set the standard for care and professionalism.

I had my neck lift in April of this year with Dr. Samulenas. He and the whole team at Nordclinic were superb.
I highly recommend their expertise and honesty.
I hope to return soon for further surgery.

From being met at the airport to having surgery to being taken back 12 days later I couldn’t fault Nords one bit.
All of the logistics team were great.
Every staff member I met was great.
The nurse that looked after me as soon as I woke up was perfect… caring but also very professional.
I felt extremely safe with my surgeon Dr Samulas, his calm manor made me feel at ease immediately and I never experienced any pain at any time and my recovery is going well.

I don’t think I could recommend nord more, the clinic is fantastic. Their accommodations are immaculate, their staff are so friendly and welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable as they prioritised my wellbeing and dignity while in the surgical unit.
They explained everything that was going to happen in the surgery and allowed a safe space for me to ask any questions and I was never treated as silly for having basic knowledge reconfirmed to me.

A nurse visits everyday after the surgery to your accommodation, if you stay in the clinic’s accommodation which I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t; the rates they charged are fantastic and it’s located in a nice area. Just a small walk to a beautiful river, 10 minute walk to Lidl and another 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. (Self catering is also on site).

I felt more looked after than any clinic I’ve been too in the uk, it was my first surgery and I never felt scared or uncomfortable while being in their care. Their prices are extremely reasonable and if I ever have a need for another procedure I will definitely go back.
Their driver who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport was incredibly friendly and I genuinely enjoyed listening to him talk passionately about Lithuania’s history, it’s a beautiful country with a rich history I’m thankful I got to hear about and experience.

The planning, the staff at the clinic and the drivers were amazing, however my surgery with Dr Egle Bartuseviciene healed awfully (i followed the aftercare to the T and have waited the required time) i'm uneven and the stitching is horrific, I look a bit mutilated

In September 2025, I made my second visit to this clinic for Phase 2 of my Body Factory Reset transformation, following a 12.5 stone weight loss.

The entire process was as seamless as ever. From my representative and logistics team to the clinic staff, my surgeon (Dr Urbonas), and the nurses — I was warmly welcomed and cared for with professionalism and kindness throughout.

I’m incredibly realistic about my surgical outcomes, yet I’m always in awe of what is achieved.

There is no language barrier, and the aftercare while staying in Kaunas is outstanding. Once home, communication with the clinic remains easy and supportive. Of course, because of the distance, there are limits to what the team can do remotely, so it’s sensible to seek help from healthcare providers closer to home if needed.

As someone who is neurodivergent, I researched many plastic surgery providers before choosing Nords for my first procedure last year — and I’ve never looked back.

The team of surgeons carefully review every individual request to ensure they can operate safely and meet realistic expectations, which means they do not accept every patient if they feel the goals can’t be achieved responsibly.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough and will be returning for Phase 3 of my surgery journey in the future.

I am currently 8 weeks post op from a 360tt and bl.
Everything ran like clockwork from the moment I was picked up from the airport.
My surgeon Dr Egle was exceptional. even allowing me a change of surgery plan on the day. My change of plan meant an additional night in the clinic which was organised with no issues.
The level of care from everyone exceeded all expectations and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I stayed in Nords apartments which had everything I needed.
The communal room is an added bonus that everyone really made good use of and met some lovely ladies there.
I have had zero post op complications and have booked my next visit in already.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to cancel my op with Nords. I let them know 3 months before my op date so I was entitled to 50% refund of my deposit. after numerous email and the customer rep telling me "its on its way" "it will be with you tomorrow" 2.5 months later im still waiting for my deposit. Terrible service from a established provider. Quick enough to demand the deposit from you at the start!

I had a labiaplasty with Nords at the beginning of August. The entire process was very well organised and all transfers between the airport and clinic were on time with very friendly drivers. My surgeon Dr Rolandas Borkeys was very helpful advised me on what would best suit my needs and expectations as the surgery was being done for comfort not aesthetics. It is now 2 months since my surgery and it is fully healed. The after care was excellent and I was given aftercare sprays and washes to use. Also painkillers were enough. I was given a phone number to call attached to a wristband incase of any problems and all staff I interacted with spoke excellent English. After care instructions were also provided in English. The food at the clinic was plentiful with many options for both meals and was tasty and healthy. Excellent experience I would thoroughly recommend Nord's

I highly recommend Nords. All staff from front desk, nurses, drivers, masseuse and Dr.Eglė were amazing and really made me feel at ease as a young adult. The staffs customer service & care for patients was exceptional. Dr Eglė is a very skilled surgeon who is amazing at her job and has helped me in so many ways physically and mentally. The clinic itself is extremely clean and hygienic and the wards are also very comfortable where I felt very relaxed . I couldn’t be more happier with my results and feel like a brand new woman!!!!

This is the first cosmetic procedure I have ever had and it is not something I took on lightly. I have been looking at Facilities in the UK and surgeons for a very long time for an arm lift, and had always ruled out going abroad for surgery. That was until I stumbled across Nords. Whilst I appreciate the initial correspondence is a little slow due to the sheer volume of enquiries they get, once you are getting closer to your surgery the communication is quick, responsive and fantastic. From the moment I arrived everything was slick. Transport. The messages. The care. The facility. Over and above anything I’ve ever seen in the UK, even privately. Absolutely state of the art facilities. I stayed on site and had regular nurse visits for 10 days. In between those times any niggles I just popped up to Reception and a doctor looked at me immediately. Ultrasound on the bruises just to check everything was okay. Pain medication looked at and tweaked if necessary. The whole experience was seamless. My surgeon Dr Pajeda had an approach that made me feel relaxed as I was very nervous having made the trip there alone. He was attentive and professional and I couldn’t fault him. If you are worried about surgery abroad, I understand because of the Turkey horror stories, but this place is covered under EU regulations, and I would choose here over the UK!
