So, I had a mixed experience. Firstly very slow responses from representatives. Maybe one email a day if you’re lucky. Once arriving in Lithuania. The bus is waiting for you everything is smooth. Once we arrived paper work is signed and bloods are done. Smooth. Surgeons are amazing and work hard to perform good service. However once surgery is done. The aftercare becomes quite bad. Trying to get responses is slow. The clinic sold me an extra garment which is completely wrong for my surgery and is refusing to refund or send a new one to me. This garment had I not notice would have ruined my results and cost £100 so not cheap. The staff should know what they are selling the patients as they have the files. Now going back and forward with a slow representative who is refusing to help with the matter. Very frustrating. My surgeon is amazing dr pakulis, the work done is fantastic. But the reps completely let down the entire team. Also, whilst there I asked one of the teams ‘logistics’ about a final report. Their response ‘it’s clearly not us with this information’. Please do your research.

This is one of the best things I have ever done! I fully recommend it. I have been wanting a breast reduction as soon as I started developing, although ticking all the criteria on the NHS, I decided to book it through Nords and it has been the best decision.
As it is surgery in a different county, of course there was some apprehensions, however, following my surgery I did not need to worry. I have never felt so safe, all the doctors/nurses/surgeons are so lovely and all speak excellent English. The wards and the consultation rooms are very clean. The apartments offered by the clinic are very spacious and as everything you should ever need. Although, it has only been around 2 weeks, I am so happy with my results; I have never felt so confident. If I could personally hug all the members of staff that made it possible, I would.

I came over in may for a extended tummy tuck, lipo and uplift but due to my iron being on the low side I only had the extended tummy tuck. I can't tell you how comfortable I was made to feel everytime I needed to go to reception or needed to ask any questions. Leading upto surgery i had my surgeon draw on me which I was dreading but he's probably seen thousands of women so that helped me! Straight after I was drawn on, the anaesthetist came to see me and explained about my bloods and we was good to go! I was already changed into my surgery dress 😂 i then walked down to the theatre, I thought I'd be so scared at this point but I was so so calm! I then woke up with my operation done! Had a amazing room mate and the nurses was absolutely amazing nothing was ever too much for them and they always had us smiling 😃 I haven't had one problem with my healing and I'm now 12 weeks post op! I would definitely recommend nords to anyone as I had such a amazing experience! I cannot thank dr Mantas enough for my amazing new tummy and can't wait to see the full results after a year, my scar is already very minimal, I'm just absolutely amazed by it and the way I was treated when I was there ❤️ best experience of any operation I've ever had. I'm just back from having upper eyelid surgery.
I can honestly say it's difficult to find a fault with this company, such is the high standard that I experienced.
Although my procedure was minor in comparison to some, the level of professionalism and genuine care for my wellbeing, was second to none.
The staff were very friendly and respectful. The clinic itself was spotless and the surroundings were comfortable. Transportation and communication was excellent. I've had a couple of hair transplants in Turkey with good experiences, but I have to say, Nordesthetics clinic was on another level. I hope I won't be looking to have anything else done, but if I do, I won't be looking beyond this company..

The doctors, nurses, and receptionists can’t do enough for you — their care and kindness truly stand out. The English spoken here is excellent, the apartments are spotless and fully equipped, and even if you don’t stay there, their transport is effortless — they pick you up from your hotel for every appointment and communicate easily through WhatsApp.

More recently I had an eyelid and brow lift performed by Dr. Samulėnas, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Had 360 FDL tummy tuck with Dr Pakulis. Superb Doctor, very knowledgeable, friendly, direct and professional.
My surgery was 6 weeks ago and is healing beautifully. All the incisions are now fully closed and very neat.
This man is an artist and the body is his canvas. I wept with joy when I first saw my new body! I am returning in December for a breast lift as I am so thrilled with his work.
The clinic is immaculate and very high spec. The staff are caring and welcoming and I felt very safe and comfortable in their hands. The ward was peaceful, food was very nice and my bed was comfortable. I’ve never experienced a hospital like this and was very impressed. The nurse who mainly cared for me treated me like I was her little chick and she was my mother hen.

I went to nords for a breast reduction, I booked using the fast track option. From start to finish the whole experience was amazing! All staff at the clinic were very welcoming and helpful! I felt at ease during my visit. My surgeon was very professional and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The post-op care has been great as well, I’m now 2 weeks post-op and the clinic have emailed to check in with me now that I’m home. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Ive had two separate operations at nordesthetics, a breast reduction and extended tummy tuck with liposuction. My surgeon was Dr Aurimas Dobilinskas,from my first contact with nordesthetics everything was planned with ease, I had a point of contact with a representative from nordesthetics who helped me plan my surgeries and accommodation. The clinic is like nothing ive ever seen in the UK, its run like clockwork and their priorities are their patients and the cleanliness of their clinic,on meeting my surgeon Dr Dobilinskas i was put at ease immediately,he listened to what I wanted and then talked me through what he thought and the whole process, both my surgeries went very well. On returning to the UK I continue to look after my scars as recommended by my surgeon, I experienced no issues at all. I'm now 6 months post operations and I cannot believe this is my new body. I look better than I could ever imagine, my scars are almost invisible. I cannot thanks ALL the staff at nordesthetics and my wonderful, talented surgeon Dr Dobilinskas. Had a 360 tummy tuck, FDL, breast lift and reduction, armpit lift with Dr Mantas Kievisas. Really happy with my results so far. Had some complications (not to do with surgery but as part of the healing process) which, meant I had to stay for a bit longer. The team were on the issues straight away and I received really good care. This meant I was also under the care of Dr Goda for a bit as Dr. Mantas was on leave. The transition in care was very smooth. Also to mention Dr Paulis, Nurse Ieva and the reception + logistics team who I also got really fantastic service from. Brigita my rep has also been fantastic. There was one time I had an anomalous experience with one of their nurses and I made a formal complaint. I appreciated how this was dealt with by Aurelija their Head of Customer Service. I’m now 9 weeks post-op and fairing on well. My medical team at home and MLD practitioners have commented on how neat the work is and just how good the stitching is. Dr. Mantas is really and truly a king of his craft.

I can only describe my experience as exceptional. My surgeon was dr Karolis Varkalys. He had such a lovely calm personality which really put me at ease as i was so nervous. I had lost a lot of weight and had 5 caesarean sections and was left with a body that i absolutely hated. On consultation he went through all of the options with me and explained in great detail the results i could expect and after discussion i opted for a 360/fdl.
I knew i would look better than i started but i truly mean it when i say that i never ever expected to be as happy with my new body as i am. It has truly given me a new outlook on life and i can also look at myself and actually like what i see

I had liposuction with Nordclinic.The organisation, airport transfers, clinic transfers were excellent and always well-planned and on time. Communication with staff and surgeons were excellent. The whole experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend.
