Received the wrong item
Received the wrong colour Pilates mat - not the one I ordered. Return was handled well and collected promptly and told the correct one would be sent out, later to find out that the colour I ordered was no longer available. Disappointing, however received a refund promptly.

Top notch quality.
Was about to buy the 20kg bar and weights and thought I’d purchased it but when I went back to complete the purchase later on that day the price had increased by 10%. Really pleased with the prompt delivery and the quality of the product.

We ordered two medicine balls at 3kg and 4 Kg weights. The lighter weight amazingly arrived within just a few days , but we are still waiting for the 4Kg weight ball. Our grandson really enjoyed trying his new birthday present .

Really happy with the product and the delivery time. It arrived within a week from ordering. These dumbells are of excellent quality and feel really comfortable to hold. I bought the 10kg dumbells but I may order the 5kg which has lower weight choices to build up gradually.
