I made a purchase more than 2 weeks ago and in the website it says the product will be shipped within 2-3 days. I have sent emails and have had no response. It's now clear that this is a scam and I've lost the money. Shocking service and dishonest in my view. I guess I will need to follow a different route to try and recover my money.

Really bad service!
I wrote them an email with a question about a product that I bought from them and they don't even bother to answer!

It took them more than one month to send the Package,and you can get the exact same products at other places for a much cheaper price

The ultra sonic skin scrubber does absolutely nothing.

Don’t buy from them! Try to get contact with them for the whole week, tried everthing like send them email, wrote to them on their website, fb and still not get help from them. I got one for a chirsmas gift from my boyfired but i akready orderd one so vi need to send one back. Thier customer service is like joke. So think twice before you order this product from them.

The IPL device is unfortunately a cheap and rebranded product from china. you can find the exact same device on AliExpress for a much cheaper price. The shots from this device are really weak even when set at the maximum power. And also they did not care enough to send googles with the product. I am not happy with my purchase.

I have brought your anti-age cream but cannot find on the package or product directions to use the cream which I find most unsettling as every other cream I have bought always have directions on it why is this!!
Hopefully the cream will work and it isn’t all hype

It did absolutely nothing. I used the IPL 14 times (2 more than what should be necessary) exactly as instructed. I have black hair and pale skin, and... no effect.
But when I wanted to claim my full refund, they sent it almost right away, no questions asked.

I was thinking of buying an IPL and was thinking either Phillips or this company because this company thankfully had it for less with an also beautifully designed IPL! I do NOT REGRET my purchase at all!! This company is always there to answer my every so many questions as well. There was probably only 1-2 time I had to wait until night time because of time zones I suppose? But they usually answer asap! They even gave me a free gift because my package wasn’t shipped the next day like I was told but thats all good!! But I love that so so much and am super grateful for that! I was also skeptical if this company was a scam too and not at all. In terms of product quality, etc, I have their IPL hair remover now for a while and it is so perfect!!! Seriously, this product works wonders!! I noticed less hair instantly! I even wondered why isn’t my hair growing back as much anymore and I was like OMG THE IPL THAT’S WHY !! Loool im so dumb but anywho I was just so impressed this product worked instantly! My hair grows only tiny bit and not as quick at all and is also lighter. I am saying this at only 4 weeks and I still have a few more weeks to use this product! Seriously give their products a try and I am more than sure you will not regret!! I have so many questions and this company is always there to answer all of them thoroughly and they even always let me know that they are there! That is always definitely so needed for a company to do that! Im paid for this product and these are my own true thoughts and opinions. As a blogger, I will have to update my blog and rave about this IPL because it is that incredible! I have not had a huge problem at all with the product. So thank you, Nordic Skin, so so much! Words can’t express my gratitude for your products and service!!:)
