Im very sorry to hear that you have had an bad experience with us.
I just looked into the case and i don't understand why you mean you had to pay for the tempered glass?
As it say on the voucher you can have a STANDARD tempered glass for free, all you need to pay is the shipping cost. This is clerly written in the text. You choose an PREMIUM tempered glass and even you did that we said it was okay, if you just pay the difference.
In my opinion i think we tried to find a solution that was better for you, even though you choose something that was out of the campaign and we could just have said no.
Hope after reading this you change your opinion about us, anyway all our other customers and possible new customers can read the hole story.

Awful service
I bought a phone with a faulty buttom.
They refused to give me a refund (i would have buy the same device on any other real store).
Not only i had to pay for the shipping back to their address, but also its been 18 days since they received it and i have no news about the repairment.

Thank you for your review.
When your product have a fault you cannot get a refund, by the law we as a company can repair the device. That is the law wich we have to follow as well as you.
The shipping cost are refunded when the complaint is over and about the time of the complaint im sorry for the long time you have to be without your phone, but if you have asked for a phone to borrow, we provide that for our customers. We don't repair the devices ourself, that is done by the autorised servicepartner from the manufactor.
Hope my explanation will make you understand the process, it is no different from other customers or other companies and our goal is ofcause not to make the complaint difficult for you, we do the best we can to speed up the process and make it as easy as possible for you and our other customers.

I ordered a headset from Nordic Electronics website, and after some time realized that I ordered a mono version, not stereo. I wrote an email to them asking to cancel the order, and to my surprise I received an email the next morning saying that the order is cancelled. And that was a holiday :) Thank you so much for the quick action and response!
