NEVER ORDER ,,,,,,,,Ordered 2 egg chair…

NEVER ORDER ,,,,,,,,Ordered 2 egg chair £580 each , 8 months gone and no chairs arrived.
Bank would not reimburse which I found it very poor from Santander. Reported few times and nothing been done. I am not alone and so many people is been victim in this nasty business. It should be a way to get our money back !

Same as everyone else here - It's a scam

Same as everyone else, ordered a chair for £729 and ignoring all communication. I submitted a claim through the government small claims and they have ignored that also so I am now requesting a CCJ.
Avoid at all costs.
The company shown on the terms and conditions has changed since I submitted my claim, funny that so if you are planning to claim back your money the company is called FOXTON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

Be very careful!!!

I ordered a replica Eames chair from them, I am always very careful when ordering online but had a phone conversation with them and they were very convincing. I paid £850 and waited, after 2 months I started to enquire and was unable to get any real information or a delivery date.
after it became obvious that they were never going to deliver I emailed and called and advised them that I was going to recover my money through the bank at which time they reimbursed me. `i have no faith that they are a legit company.

Bankrupt fraudsters and thieves

Clearly either fraudsters, thieves or incompetent bankrupts. I ordered an arc lamp from them 7 months ago. They eventually delivered 2 of the 3 boxes in May, and for a few months responded by email promising delivery of the third. Then radio silence. I now have half a lamp and am down £300. Do not order anything on this website, they’ll just steal your money.

This company took my money for a lamp and kept delaying the delivery now not answering emails or phone calls or request for a refund they are thieves.

This company stole over £1300 from me

This company stole over £1300 from me. They took my order and never intended delivering. They knew... they should be jailed for this, its not about going bankrupt, its stealing to pretend you have something for sale and take money under false pretences

Avoid, appalling company!

This company is appalling. I've sent numerous emails, phoned them numerous times to find out where my order is. There's no answer and the phone is either busy or hangs up automatically. They've taken my money and I can't get a refund. Disgusting.

Hundreds of £ paid to this company. No delivery, no response to emails, not able to call as phones are off. I have now got to go through my credit card company to try and retrieve my money. SCAMMERS

Do Not Buy from this company

I liked the website and my Egg Chair was ordered at the beginning of May with a week delivery time quoted on the website. Money taken from my account immediately. On delivery date my emails asking for status report prompted an emailed spurious excuse and proposed a delay until 26 May. That was the only communication I ever got from Nordic Haus. They do not answer their emails or website chat function and their phones are off the hook.

Obviously nothing came on 26 May. Cancelled the contract thereafter by email with delivery receipt.

If you have ever tried to unwind a credit card contract, you will know that you have to give the merchant 14 days to make the refund before you get your bank involved. And that entails extensive form filling and sending off clumps of evidence of how the transaction went wrong. There is a morning I will not get back.

This company had my money for a month and a half. They showed no inclination to honour their contract or provide even the most basic customer service.

Really really poor.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Took £400 odd quid from my account in February. Have not delivered. They Do not answer phone or emails. THIS IS A SCAM. Company is registered to Foxton International Limited and Sundeep Singh ARORA. Five other companies registered to this person have been dissolved. I have reported to Trading Standards.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE - our order has never arrived. Sam boasted about how much care they give to their customer. Since we paid, Sam has not spoken to us. They NEVER answer the phone, emails are just nonsensical. Please AVOID.

Ordered a chair online for 4-6 weeks…

Ordered a chair online for 4-6 weeks delivery. Received immediate email confirmation and money taken from card next day. Waited 6 weeks and tried emailing - no reply. Now 8 weeks. Have tried phoning - straight to voicemail and don't return calls. Sent several emails - no replies. Even wrote a letter! Professional-looking website but no showroom and tiny company (based on south coast but with Bradford telephone number!).
Terrible. Starting to look at recovering our money. Wish we hadn't fallen for what is looking more and more like fraud.
