I have been working independently alongside Nordic Locums for many years and they are a great company to work with and their mission to enable vets to experience a better work-life balance and reduce burnout has remained their key driving force. I have also greatly appreciated the flexibility in my working patterns and enjoyed the variety of tasks/projects I have worked on.

The Veterinary profession can be overwhelming and stressful but if done in a friendly and beautiful environment such as Sweden or other Scandinavian countries, will make our job more interesting and you will be amazed at how different could be our profession in different countries. You will not regret and will be the best experience of your professional life. Hugo nd the team has been always very helpful and supportive of our needs.

A supportive team which will help and guide you through the process of becoming a permanent or temporary vet in Scandinavia. Then you just pack the bags, travel or move and enjoy the new experiences, new culture and Scandinavian nature.

I am immensely grateful for the time I got to spend in Sweden. Had I not been offered a residency shortly after returning from Sweden I would have actually moved there to continue in a permanent role. The veterinary care offered at my hospital was to a beautiful standard, from staff skills to equipment and facilities. Animal carers in Sweden are wonderfully sensible and animal loving - the animals are so well trained and the vast majority live truly balanced lives. My colleagues were very supportive, I was able to learn new skills as everyone enjoyed sharing their experiences, and I felt I was making real human connections. Despite working full time I was able to travel and explore the country - I had a magnificent time.

Hugo and his team helped us realize our dream to work abroad. Clear and fast communication. If you needed help with anything, they were just an email or phone call away.
