I thought I should leave a review as I have been a customer of Nordic Nest for over 6 years. I have purchased from them 5 or 6 times, with a couple of the orders quite large and expensive. I had trouble twice with broken plant pots arriving broken ( both times poorly wrapped! ). Both times I sent a picture of the smashed pot and Nordic Nest sent replacements relatively quickly as possible coming from Sweden 😊.
Their customer service is good and efficient. I would recommend them and I trust them in as much as I can order an 1000k item and not worry.

Waste of time

Order acknowledged by email but nothing else regarding the despatch. When I enquire I was told the item was not in stock and Nordic Nest didn’t know when or if the item would be available again.
If I hadn’t enquire I would still be waiting. Luckily I asked for a refund and received it a few days later.
I will certainly avoid this company and after reading the reviews a bit late I feel myself lucky to even get a refund.

Positive Experience

Felt I needed to comment since my experience was very positive (after reading a few bad reviews). I had an issue with payment which was resolved quickly (within 24 hours) and my delivery arrived within a week or so, perfectly packaged and in good condition. I've placed another order over Black Friday to get some deals, so hopefully that'll be just as good.

I was hesitant due to reviews here but I purchased some shelves from the UK and I can strongly recommend Nordic Nest. I believe that it is when things do not go to plan that you can measure how good a company service is. The delivery took less than the promised 6 days, but then UPS lost the parcel and they were a nightmare to deal with. Nordic Nest customer service intervened, liaised directly with UPS, got me a new parcel and apologised with a voucher on my next purchase. I cannot expect more from a retailer, so I strongly recommend them. Great prices, good quality and excellent customer service.

Broken mug, replaced with no issues.

I ordered two mugs - unfortunately upon arrival one of them was broken. I raised a case online and the customer support team was attentive and ensured to dispatch a replacement in a timely manner.

They perhaps could’ve packaged them differently to make sure that it wasn’t broken upon arrival - but I have no qualms, they sent me a new one and said that I could dispose of the old one myself without having to send back.

Great quality and service

Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but my experience was completely the opposite! My order arrived right on time, and every item was authentic and beautifully packaged with care. I'm thrilled with the quality and service and would definitely recommend it. Great job!

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS!

Terrible! Paid over £150 for a product so my newborn can do sensory for brain development, waited over 1month, back and forth. A load of lies saying they had the product in the warehouse and would be dispatched next day. Nothing 3 days later, then another person told me they don’t have stock and would now be a further 3 weeks on top of the 5 weeks I have already waited. STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS!

Returns impossible

Avoid if unsure you’ll like the item you order. Returns have to be filled in for customs and paid yourself. I understand they might not want to pay for returns but provision of customers papers are a must for me. Better to buy elsewhere with easier returns policy.

Wouldn’t order from again

Items were in stock, ordered 10/10/24, still not received anything, tracking link says they haven’t received anything. Emailed customer service on 16/10/24 to check when items would be dispatched, no reply. Wouldn’t order from here again. Still hoping items turn up

first time I am dissatisfied with a purchase at Nordic Nest, they send tracking number for items that they never forwarded to DPD, and they say DPD lost the item. I called Customer Service twice, but no one did anything about it. I bought a carpet 2 months ago, I don't have it, order status sent.

delivery process was disappointing.

The products themselves are beautifully designed, and the company works with high-quality designers. However, the delivery process was disappointing. Despite shipping fragile items (tableware), the packaging lacked basic protection such as bubble wrap, which unsurprisingly led to the items arriving broken. I sent photos of the damaged mugs and the inadequate packaging, and while I did receive a refund, I would advise against ordering fragile items like tableware from this store due to the poor packaging practices.

Beware UK buyers, expensive returns

Good products but beware buying from the UK, products are actually shipped direct from Sweden and there is no reasonable way to return products to Nordic Nest without paying for costly shipping.

Terrible, damaged products and no refund received

Terrible, ordered two wall lights both lights arrived completely damaged and out of shape. Boxes very damaged on arrival, was offered an replacement but then told they didn't have anymore left so requested a refund. That was two weeks ago and have sent several emails requesting refund and have still not received it. I keep being told that the request has been 'passed on to the finance department' and as it is a manual payment will take a sometime. Still waiting......

Very impressed with everything!

Ordered on Monday and the courier delivered the parcel on Friday the same week. From Sweden to the UK, during sale time and even after Brexit red tape being introduced, you can’t but be a happy customer!

I ordered six plates and they were packaged so well and not a single one had chipped or broken. I haven’t been as lucky with other companies.

Very happy with Nordic Nest and will order again.
