Wonderful Customer Service (Thank you for turning my experience around)
I’d like to update my review, because the company truly surprised me in the best way. After posting my initial complaint, customer service reached out within just half an hour and handled everything with such care and understanding.
I received a replacement bedding set, and the quality is exactly what I had hoped for. They even included a gift, which was an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture — it honestly made my day.
I’m very grateful for how warmly and professionally they resolved the situation. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and I’m happy to recommend this lovely company to everyone.

I have read your Trustpilot review, and I was truly shocked to see your experience.
When I searched for your email in our system, I couldn’t find it at first, until I discovered it in the spam folder. This unfortunately explains why you did not receive a timely reply, as our customer service team always responds as quickly as possible. I believe the English language may have caused your message to be filtered incorrectly. I am very sorry about this.
Please know that you can always call us for immediate assistance between 8:00 and 16:00. Outside opening hours, calls are forwarded directly to my personal phone, and I will gladly help you with any questions.
I am especially sorry to see the pictures of the bed set you received. This is absolutely not the level of quality my company stands for. Please let my team help you with the next steps in this process.

Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery, great product.
Also very exclusive packaging, which is maybe not necessary as it blew up the size of the package unnecessarily. Would prefer to pay a bit less for shipping and to have a less "fancy" box, if any, for my order.
