Better then I expected.
This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. Sent me the wrong product and refused to accept a return unless I paid for the shipping overseas. Product that did arrive was covered in disgusting black hair.
Messed up order, vague responses, and no refund
For me there are two important things to note about this website.
First, an image on their website of a woman holding the Christmas wreath I purchased 11/21/25 was 3–4 times bigger than the wreath that arrived at my home - on 12/26/25.
Second, I made multiple attempts by email and phone to reach Noris home before Christmas with inquiries as to where my $85 wreath was. Over that time I received vague email responses about the time of year, the delays, yada yada. Then when the wreath finally did show up the day after Christmas, I took pictures from the website and pictures of me holding my wreath in comparison and contacted customer service multiple times.
Their response was that it was not their policy to refund or exchange for the wrong size ordered. Of course this concerned and infuriated me because I did not order a 10” plastic wreath for $85. I ordered the wreath in the photo which represented at least a 30” wreath. They have completely avoided me since and have not refunded my money.
I encourage people to not purchase through this company because they don’t know how to function with customers.
This company is FRAUDULENT
This company is FRAUDULENT! DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. 1. They knowingly sold an item with a misleading and fake image representing the item making it look much larger and nicer than what was actually shipped.
2. Their return policy clearly states return fees are waived in the event of "faulty or incorrect items". The item is not what was presented on your website and is therefore the incorrect item.'
3. In communication from NordisHome, the explicitly agreed there was a "failure in description and presentation" of the purchased item.
A bit delayed but they explain it was…
A bit delayed but they explain it was because of USPS, products are fine.
Rechargeable heated gloves
I ordered rechargeable heated gloves for $79 from Nordishome on 11/16 which I did not receive till 12/4. The gloves received were not rechargeable and very cheap looking, probably worth $25. I asked for an address to return them( for refund) which they would not give me. They offered % off on next purchase which I will never do. Scam
Wreath Disaster, Deceptive Presentation Online
I suffered the same fate as Mary: ordered the same wreath which was displayed in a photo that clearly showed it to be of substantial size. After three weeks of wait, it arrived: 12 inches? Poorly packaged. Clearly a descriptive sales scam. Customer Service that is automated … beware any response from ‘Nethane’! No returned refund.
I ordered a wreath from Nordis home
I ordered a wreath from Nordis home. I had no idea they were shipping from China it took forever. Someone named Henrique reached out about shipping delays. Received the wreath today and it is not at all like the original pictures which have now been taken off the website. The wreath I received is not what I ordered and is tiny compared to pics on the website. It’s not an $80 wreath maybe a $20 wreath at best. I’ve contacted the Florida BBB. Don’t order from them! It’s a scam
