The Basic Nature Travelchair Ultralight’Relax’ arrived today. The elastic bands needed to be shortened by 10 to 15 cm each. The seat fabric required real manhandling in order to get the poles into the fabric holes. The chair itself is comfortable and lightweight but it did NOT arrive ready to be assembled. If you’re strong and willing to spend time to adapt the elastic bands, well, this chair is for you. If not, find something else.

I got my package today, and have not yet opened it. But the shipping and handling was very fast and a straight forward delivery! Looking forward to try out my tent!!

Ordered a tent and got a tracking number av was told the package was on the way. I was impressed.
Then a few hours later I got a new mail telling me that the tent I've ordered was not available because of an error in the storage.
Ok. Mistakes can happen and I opted to cancel the order and get a refund.
The refund or the confirmation for the cancellation didn't show. So I tried to call them, sent text messages, sent emails but no response.
The tent I've ordered was still listed on their website as in storage and ready to ship. Many days went and I did not manage to get in contact whit them.
So finally I talked to the credit card company an they told me to file a fraud case. I wanted to give them one last chance so I sent one more email telling them if I didn't hear anything by Friday I would file a fraud case.
Finally they did respond.
I don't like websites taking your money for merchandise that they don't have in stock. That is misleading and a way for them to make the sale first and then order the merchandise before they can delivere. Not ok.

I ordered a cool looking solar powered radio in Norway, and it came in half the time the site mentioned. However, there was a mechanical fault with the device, so I wrote to their customer service, who responded immediately. They simply and immediately sent me a replacement radio which came in a couple of days. The replacement works perfectly. The radio itself is fantastic, but the customer service even more so. Will definitely order more as and when I need something outdoors related.
