I read this review on a website that Nordicvac would the best in its category. Bought it, got it home and it has the quality of a slightly better temu thing. I felt duped.
It functions for basic stuff though . Two stars.

Just bought the vacuum cleaner and because I didn't like it the day I got it I send a mail asking how to return it and they just keep asking what is the problem and stalling and basically denying my right to return it. According to their return policy the client can return it within the 14 days after the purchase, no questions asked (assumedly). I am requesting to do so and they are basically ignoring it... 😬 I will keep the forum update... Hope to be wrong about the Company!

It’s a scam ! I wanted to cancel the order after a few minutes and it says that the order was already processed and delivered. 😡
Ok.. so I received the package with a very low quality vacuum that doesn’t charge. I wanted to send it back and that is not possible!! They do not comply to your request exactly like someone who does not hear you nor understand you. !! They write back like a robot or a program , trying to fix the problem 🙈 so you cannot send it back and receive your money!!!

The worst vacuum you’ll ever own. Fake reviews. Only pro: The led lights on the front. Allow you to better see the dirt it leaves behind. Cheap Chinese cr**

The company is a total scam and they don’t even comply with their own sales and return conditions. They keep promising to refund part of the purchase amount. But after three months still nothing. STAY AWAY from them. They should not be allowed to run an online business.

Don’t buy anything from this „company“.
I placed my order and realized too late that the whole page seemed to scream “fraud!”. Spelling mistakes, no information/address about the company at all.
Was really surprised when I indeed received a package (senders address on the package was Germany) with the vacuum cleaner.
Didn’t unpack it (only the brush which was poor quality/cheap plastic) because I already knew that I wanted to return it after reading all the other horrible reviews.

I contacted Nordivac per mail as requested by them with my wish to return the product.
They then answered that I would need to return the package to China (?!) as I would not be allowed to return it to the German address given on the package.
They also wrote that I would need to pay the whole costs (shipping to china, customs clearance fee and import country tax) by myself.
They then “offered”:
“how about we offer a 5% discount on your order so you can keep it?”

No thank you. I wrote an official withdrawal of order to them per mail (would have wanted to send it in written form, but - where to ? There isn’t any address information about the company at all).
But they keep sending me discounts not responding at all to my issue.

It appears that the NORDVAC scammers have changed their tactics to deceive and scam even more people. NORDVAC, which previously received many complaints, now seems to be using the name NORDIVIC. I find the positive reviews unbelievable and doubt their sincerity! One review even mentioned that it is a durable product, even though he/she had only “used” it for a few days. Just like NORDVAC, NORDIVAC also has only one copy of one product in its range. So they don't sell anything other than that one Chinese vacuum cleaner to which they attach a Norwegian name and decent Norwegian quality. If you google Nordivac stick vacuum cleaner you will not get any results! Their website looks a lot slicker now, but if you click through you don't get much information. An email address that appears more businesslike than the previous Gmail address. No mention of physical address, telephone number or bank details. Several reviews above have already indicated that e-mails to and from customer service is a disaster. It’s the only way to contact the company!
