Incorrect registration
I put in the correct organizational number and selected my company, but the LEI code does not work and you refer to me with a different name in emails. So it has apparently been registered on someone else.
The process was also slow.

Careful: They try to charge you 25% VAT but an LEI number is VAT exempt for Dutch companies, or at least they should reverse charge VAT at 0%. You have to add your VAT number!
Other than that, the website seems ok.

For Dutch companies, VAT can be handled under the applicable reverse-charge mechanism when a valid VAT number is provided. The VAT number needs to be entered during the application process so that the correct VAT treatment can be applied.
If the VAT number was not included when placing the order, our support team can assist and, where applicable, reissue the invoice with the correct VAT details.
