Take care when completing your order.....

I was impressed by what was being offered, but found the company quite pushy when I came to complete my order, and I note that you can take more payments from my account, which I will cancel.

Couldn't recommend this brand

Couldn't recommend this brand. Lots of hassles with it.
First of all I'm very disappointed that companies like these assume that their customers subscribed to a plan when they only want to try out a few weeks and purchase for such!
There was a mix up with my plan too. Once the never initiated and agreed to subscription was cancelled, I was put on a different plan that I couldn't even finish. Don't skip 2 days, you're automatically out!
Additionally most exercises repeated themselves.
Regarding emails, a few bounced back to me.

I downloaded this app to help provide motivation for working out and eating right. I signed up for a one month of service. I used the app sporadically, but found the expectations regarding food intake unrealistic for me. The following month, I get a $105 charge on my credit card. I contacted customer service, who refused to refund the unauthorized charge and said I’d agreed to a subscription when I checked out. Although I continued to refute this, what appeared to simply be an AI bot kept telling me they were, in no way, going to refund my money.
This company’s business practice is untrustworthy and I feel that I have been scammed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Be advised that the company will…

Be advised that the company will automatically and without notice renew your subscription at over $100/mo. I was initially excited about a new exercise regimen but it turned out to be a rehash of a few pilates/yoga style moves that I was already doing and I had no incentive to extend the initial four week plan. Company didn't refund. I recommend avoiding this business.

Don't sign up with this company

Don't sign up with this company. They charge you without informing you. I tried to cancel the subscription but they couldn't find my account. Then suddenly they found it and said I had accessed their information which i do not recall so no refund. They have confirmed that the subscription has been cancelled. I will make sure I check next month

Misleading advertising

Misleading advertising on Pinterest - The advertising says 'Take this FREE 1-Minute Quiz to See Your Personalized Nordic Fascia Release Plan'. Instead it is a generic set of exercises with no mention anywhere in the material of fascia release. I didn’t use it (it is completely generic and equivalent can be found for free) but they refused to refund me despite misleading me.

they make easy to get the app, hard to get a refund

they make the interview questioning process very easy. the trial was ok but nothing new to me. I did not sign up for anything beyond the trial. I was recently informed by my CC company that there were 2 attempts to charge me over $150.00 by Nordletics. UNAUTHORIZED. Thankfully stopped by my bank because I can't afford it.
