Beware!
This is not worth wasting your money on! The company took money from my bank without my authorisation. I signed up for a 1 month plan and then I was billed for £75.00 for services I didn’t ask for or received. All the content from the APP disappeared after the £75 had been taken. Don’t be duped!

Avoid....
If you considering using this company based on negative review and you still want to go ahead ..do not!terrible terrible experience..and expensive...they got me into £79 subscription and it is impossible to get the refund despite of trying to explain that you did not consent...zi even reported this to my bank...just to mention, that yes I paid for a weekly plan £15 wchih was fine and I wanted to do so...but nothing else..AVOID..

I was unable to start my exercise…
I was unable to start my exercise regime as early as I wanted so I contacted Nordletics to ask for advice. Nora replied quickly and gave me excellent advice. So now I have started the exercises and will carry on. It’s good to know I can get helpful advice by using the app. Thanks Nora.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I subscribed paid my first installment, but soon realised the app wasn’t for me so cancelled it on the app. They have just charged and taken £79.11 from my account. They say I didn’t cancel it, but I know I did, they just cone back saying I didn’t do it, my word against theirs but wouldn’t you think they would be kinder and just refund it. I’ve never used the app they must be able to see that too. Bad management and would discourage anyone from using them, disgusted by my treatment
