I ordered/paid in full for my items in the beginning of December, there was a mix up with the shipping on their end. Their carrier couldn't ship to my po box which i have never had a problem with. Carrier sent items back. I have contacted nordquest mutiple times and got responses asking for my address, which is on my order form but I did also send them it again. I have now sent them 3 emails asking if they have a shipping ID or if it has been shipped and I get no response anymore. So I guess they get a zero star for taking payment but not rendering goods. I just want my money back or the items O paid for over 2 months ago.

Received defective product. Requested support. They told me to send them a link to a video of the issue or they wouldnt help. I took a video of the broken piece and tried to send them the link only to find they blocked my email address.

The headset is very comfortable and I get hours more playing time. The connection between batteries doesn’t connect power sometimes so I have to disconnect and reconnect. Overall a great unit and recommended by me.

The Nordquest vr head strap and battery pack is comfortable and useful. It allows me to play longer and the strap is comfortable.

A game changer as far as comfort and longer battery. The one problem I have is the round head plate clips do not stay connected. I have had to glue them in place so they won’t separate.

After a month of waiting for my quest 3 lenses I contacted Nordquest. They then told me the order hadn’t been processed and there was an issue. A month of waiting and they hadn’t contacted me at all to let me know. Waste of time! Very poor service

Wasn't sure the standard strap on new Quest 3s was really up to the job just seems a little flimsy....talking to a friend who suggested looking at a Nordquest strap with built in battery pack....it's an amazing bit of kit can game or watch a film for ages compared to the standard battery the quest has...so easy to swap the straps round..just felt sooooo comfortable looked superb and best of all the price is AMAZING......GO now buy buy buy you'll not be sorry staff are amazing and reply in a flash if you have a question or need help..not many firms these days offer such great support.

Ive purchased the new strap with the battery and the glasses and it's been great I play my game for hours and I'm not shooting my team members anymore! 🙃

Site offers free delivery but I paid for express shipping. When the item didn't come in the express shipping time I asked for a refund for just the shipping. Was told that express shipping was not selected so they won't give me a refund for it

The plastic clips that hold the rear head support in place snapped after one week.

I've purchased the comfort strap with battery & the comfort face pad...READ THIS before ordering:

Comfort strap with Battery:

Pros - Balances out the weight so no neck pain, extra battery to extend play.

Cons - Way too much side to side movement, it wobbles like crazy. The basic strap that comes with the Quest 3 is better as the sides are elasticated whereas the sides on this are just plastic.

Comfort Face Pad:

Pro: Vents for heat/moisture to escape

Cons: Doesn't have adjustments to move it in and out like the original does. I can see daylight through each side (this isn't via the vents).

The idea is there, but they haven't yet cracked it.

Took over a month, prescription lenses never showed up. They won't issue a refund and that's been over a month now right

I purchased the Comfort Strap with Battery Pack as was sick of charging my 3s all of the time.
I was not expecting this to be a great product as the price had dropped so much. How wrong was I.

Before I even received the delivery I was emailed an instructional video on how to fit the item correctly which was very useful.
Product itself is amazing, easy to fit and the I can not say how much better my be experience has become. The extended battery life is spot on and the comfort strap is a game changer. No more feeling of having my head squeezed.

Everything I've ordered from this company has always arrived promptly. Not had a problem with any of the products. I've had a quest 2 battery pack also a quest 3 battery pack which is now my only quest owned.
