The wont accept any kind of proof of address from Finland.(especially if you are trying to withdraw). They just process 3days and refuse. Then you send a new one and one week later thats refused it makes no sense. Customer service writes copy paste answers about why nothing goes forward funny that they have them handy like that. I ended up gambling away my withdrawal because it never went forward and i stopped caring about it. Fraudulent behavior and someone should revoke their licenses. Worst casino i ever played on, after isoms deposits i deposod 100 euro. I made some good profit on in, 800 euro profit total, when i wanted to withdraw it after every documents where approved i got a wager on 700 euro for a 40x but I did not deposit anything for a bonus.... it was random on my winnings from the online casino.
