Very bad customer service. They didnt paid people money for participating in referral program. They changed rules during it, so people received nothing. Dont waste your time on that crowdfunding platform, its not worth.

I decided to join and start investing in Nordstreet following a referral. I was supposed to get a bonus. I did not get the bonus. I wrote to the company and I got no answer. I stop investing and I will withdraw my money as soon as possible.

Can't withdraw funds. The platform simply froze your funds and you can't withdraw them. Live chat never works, they never answer via mail. I will report to Vilnius police in 1 week if my funds are not returned.

Cannot WITHDRAW
1 star because the platform does not allow me to withdraw. The platform does not link the withdrawal method to my account. I have tried contacting customer support via email and phone, and I have never received a response. Terrible platform. I have $150 of my own money inside that I cannot withdraw.

Yes, it must be admitted that sometimes borrowers are late in disbursing their loans for various reasons. Debt recovery procedures are quite complicated and take some time. However, in many cases, the delay turns into a profit, as investors can get procedural interest, late interest, etc. In the entire life of Nordstreet, there have been no outstanding loans.
We also kindly remind you that you can always sell your investment on the platform's secondary market and thus withdraw your money.

Turn into sunken ship
Started to in invest in 2022. The interest was paid properly without substantial delays.
In 2023 my 2 projects are in default. They started auction for them. Communication is very poor - only when loan is Defaulted I received the email.
The offer to invest in new loans with some bonuses but this is a pure trap.
To sell loans on secondary market I have to pay 2%.
For everyone considering to invest in the platform stay away for now. If Defaulted loans are not recovered this company is worthless.

A lot has changed this year.
The experience has become worse throughout this year. First of all, it took them over three months to update a late loan, which is a massive red flag for investors. Investors had comment sections under each invested loan, but NordStreet decided to turn them off, making the platform less transparent. They are failing to update us on the progress. Not only that, withdrawing money (from their platform's custom e-account) can take multiple days to receive, while on other similar investing platforms, you can liquidate cash within minutes directly to your bank account. This platform also has issues with recovering money from defaulted loans, and I DO NOT recommend investing in German or Spanish loans; most of them have defaulted. I have sold every non-defaulted loan, and I am leaving this platform.
