Free Wallet

This company promoted a free wallet if you purchase an item from them and the only fee they charge is the insurance in the amount of 8.95
My case, Yes I did purchased a handbag last March 2026.
Then I saw the site promoting a free wallet after I bought the handbag April 2026
So I decided to respond and pay the insurance for $8.95 to get the free wallet
The company placed the order, sent me notifications that I’ll receive the wallet
Then the last email that they sent to me was a refund of the ins
Of course, I was very surprised
I then responded to the
email to Why the ins I paid with the free shipping and wallet included was refunded
The response was for me to buy another product to get the free wallet

So confusing to deal with
Poor communication skills
I guess I figured that when the site about that said free wallet was sent was for customers to go to the site and purchase their product .,
I will not recommend this company
