Never order from this place

Never order from this place! Lost my package would do nothing about it, No discounts when I was going to reorder. Then they say the don't have the items available anymore. Just your out luck on you children's clothes. Here is a refund. Horrible company to deal with they won't help you.

Shopping @ Nordstrom Rack has always…

Shopping @ Nordstrom Rack has always been a great experience. I had an online return @ the Sunset Valley location and was assisted by one of their sales associates,
Marjorie P. Who was extremely professional and super helpful.

Horrible - salespeople yelled at me in front of customers for spritzing a small perfume I thought was a tester - won’t go back - embarrassing for the company in my opinion

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m writing this while standing in line for 15 minutes. There are 14 customers behind me and an employee sorting her return rack. She keeps glancing over and ignoring us. I have never seen anything like it. Two cashiers, employees everywhere and the line is wrapping around the counter. The worst.

Big time scam

Order says delivered but never received anything!!!Nothing stated about which local courier picked up the parcel.Was probably a SCAM all along.Dont bother , spend your money on original items nevermind expensive!!!!

Do Not buy anythingscam from these…

Do Not buy anything from these scammers. They will show you tracking information showing the parcel has been delivered then only offer you 40% of your money back.
The tracking site is also a scam.
I have reported this transaction to my bank now and will get my money back.

I have an order that has not received and it has been 2 months, I don't know anything about it, it's 5e... no one tells me anything, I'm afraid it's a hoax... I need help

P.d They reply to my message and say that the order number doesn't match, that they have opened a fake website. Of course, it's easy to say that, and now, whether it's true or not, just saying that is enough, right? You're scammers.

Over $32 more for Ugg Cora sandal,,,…

I compared Nordstrom pricing for the Ugg Cora Sandal in green Caterpillar-6-3-25 $48 on Nordstrom site said it was sold out-then on 6-4-25 it appeared on Nordstrom Rack for $69.97 plus shipping fee $9.95 and extra tax. Why would the Rack think they could charge over $32 more? Buyers do your research Please...

BEWARE OF FAKE website

I have always had a great experience on Norstrom Rack. But beware a FAKE Nordstrom Rack is displayed online if it appears as an ad on Facebook or an advertisement on a game. I grew suspicious when the Check out didn’t include a Nordstrom’s card or my information. BEWARE. The real rack always has the Nordstrom’s web address on the sight.

This was my first time ordering from Nordstrom rack and don’t know if I’ll be doing that again. I had ordered some shoes online to be picked up at a local store. Other stores check all their inventory and ship it to the desired store. I just received an email saying they had to cancel my order because the store I picked didn’t have it in stock. That is a bad way to do business. If that is there business plan it would be the same as me going to a store in person and purchasing then. Like I said I’ve never had a store tell me they were out of stock. If that is the way they are operating it’s a bad business model.

The online ordering is a joke

The online ordering is a joke. Terrible, ugly website. They don’t give you the option to change your billing information from your shipping information. I entered my info to purchase the shorts and it gave me an error message about my billing info and address. I the noticed on my bank account that the purchase went through. I was charged for the shorts and then a reversal credit went through. This happened several times. Even though the purchase went through I was still receiving an error message. The website is hard to navigate and gives very little info on the product. On top of all that I still couldn’t make the purchase. I will never buy online from Nordstrom Rack again.

Painful check out. 45 minutes in line to check out (2 people at the desks, each took 10 - 15 per person), My premium credit card was declined and caused fraud alerts with Visa and Mastercard. Used a debit card to check out two items.
List prices are raised so they can make their discounts seem a great value. Products are not Nordstroms quality but made similar to an outlet. I hope they can turn things around.

I had the pleasure of being helped by…

I had the pleasure of being helped by Paige at the Totum Lake store today. What a sweet, helpful, upbeat girl! I had not used my Nordstrom card in a long time (literally years, actually). Unfortunately, as a result, it was closed. I was fine with just cancelling the transaction as I thought it might take a long time to apply for a new one. She encouraged me to try, I did...and it went through in record time! She's an asset to Nordstrom, they are fortunate to have her in their employ. Thanks again, Paige :)

I ordered a pair of sandals from Nordstrom Rack. They sent the wrong items. I returned the item but they did not send the correct item and said it had to be ordered again. Their error became my issue.
