While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Nordvac.com is scam business

Nordvac DK, Nordvac ES, Nordvac BE, Nordvac Nl, Nordvac.com or any other Nordvac that sells stick vacuum cleaners does not exist! It's a scam business! They have several websites in different European languages where they do so-called tests on stick vacuum cleaners. These tests are carried out by “professional experts” with names such as Jan, Andries, Bjorn, Aksel, Jens, Magnus, etc. In their test, a solid "Danish" vacuum cleaner came out on top: the Nordvac H75. If you fall for that and pay the "discounted" price of € 249.97, you can forget your money and ordered product! I was tricked into it, I say with shame. I actually felt immediately after ordering that something was wrong. Emails in response to confirmation of order receipt were not answered. It is also very typical that the sender of the email was devsilin-@-gmail.com. Not really an email address of a serious company. I have not received a response to any of my mails. No further contact information available.

Three weeks after ordering I received a poor Chinese stick vacuum cleaner, without warranty certificate and without contact details of the seller, nor any information how to send it back. I’ve sent an e-mail before delivery that I wanted to cancel my purchase based on the right of withdrawal and wanted my money back. I’ve received no response to that. I never saw the money back either. Also no address to return the product to! The sender of the package was a distribution center in Germany, not Nordvac self! NordVac Manchester GBR, where my money went to, is based in Great Britain. No specific contact details available.

I do find it remarkable though that @Trustpilot apparently does little of serious screening on the companies for whom they allow reviews. Unfortunately Trustpilot is not of any help in this. Trustpilot only shows you the reviews in your own language. After some effort I managed to find reviews in Danish; not one is positive! Of course "Nordvac" does not respond to negative reviews; there are too many of them! That one or two positive review you will find on Trustpilot is fake! And yes, Nordvac will thank his own bot for that!

NORDVAC.COM and all other Nordvac in different countries is an ONLINE SCAM BUSINESS!
