Just shameful. Impossible to return a product that arrived damaged in the mail. Only contact is via email, which seems to be AI, as they don’t respond to any of my questions.

BE WARNED! Scam site
DO NOT BUY FROM! Scam site. Same as novanar.net, and other sites too. Claims to sell F338 microphone, (might have removed this name now) but instead sends you a cheaper microphone, something worth about 10%-20% of what you actually paid. Trying to get a refund or get an address to send back the item will not work, scam seller in China who just likes to play games and will not give you an address.

They are selling shit products which you can find on temu/ amazon super cheap but they are selling at extremely high prices and they refuse to give you the refund. I reported them.
