Norfolk Chalets have been excellent from start to finish, booking was simple and easy, contact before we arrived was easy and responsive, check in was exactly planned. The accomodation was excellent, Belle Aire is my favourite site in Hemsby anyway, I have stayed in the chalets before but this one was the best one I have ever stayed in. It somehow managed to feel more equipped than any others but also less crowded. It was honestly wonderful and I only want to stay in exactly this chalet in the future

We stayed at the California sands holiday park in hemsby we had a lovely little holiday! However, the chalet was quite grubby when we arrived, it was tidy but could definitely do with a refresh. There was also no travel cot for when we arrived which I requested before hand and we were left without hot water for 24 hours. The park itself was nice, with enough to do and it’s only a short walk to the beach, or a 15 drive into Great Yarmouth which was great.

Lovely comfy chalet with everything you need for a great stay. The site has a heated outdoor pool and there’s loads to do in the area. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely superb experience before during and after the holiday the whole experience was excellent the owners are always available should there be a problem or a question. Chalets are clean, comfortable and well presented we have stayed a few times now and will continue to do so in the future, Ashley & Emma.

Me and partner stayed here not to long ago!! And it was the best week away we have had…. So many things to do with a 10 min walk away from the beach arcades and cafes!! or just a 10 min bus drive to Great Yarmouth!! We loved the chalet was very cosy and very clean, on the arrival you get a few essentials you may need on the first night… not to say I got engaged during my week away it was the best time, 100% will be come back for another visit
