Ordered Leptospermum scoparium Martini Monday evening, it was despatched Wednesday, carrier kept me informed of delivery time and it arrived Thursday mid-day.
The plant was securely packaged, well rooted and established in a 3 litre pot and is in excellent condition.
The price is the best I could find among recognised growers and the plant size and quality is first class.

Twice in the last 2 weeks I have purchased Hydrangeas from this nursery the quality is second to none really well grown disease free specimin customer service is also excellent and the plants are well boxed and delivered would highly recommend this company it’s a true Nurseries !

What a fantastic company , i ordered three Lycesteria Golden Lantern .one for two of my sisters and one for myself .not only did they arrive within two days they were extremely well packed and were still fresh and the size was bigger than i expected , im am definitely going to be ordering more plants from Norfolk Quality Plants , Happy planting.

The plants I ordered were a good size, well shaped and healthy.
One arrived with the top few leaves snapped off, the carrier having squashed the box. When I alerted Norfolk Quality Plants they replaced the plant WITHIN 24 HOURS!!! No quibbles, no fuss, just another equally good plant (with all it's leaves!).
I will be buying from them again, particularly as they are such good value.
