Rude, unprofessional, scam, missing and broken items.
All boxes were damaged and brought bugs in my house.
My damages and missing items total more than the move.
Never use this company!

Did not get all of my boxes it took 2…
Did not get all of my boxes it took 2 months to have my storage unit moved from Arizona to Lakeland Florida a lot of the furniture was damaged I probably will never get the boxes I am missing do not use this company ever cost me almost 4k. Would call and call and always got I will call you back and never did do not ever use bronze star movers and Leo transports they we're even worse it was the worst moving experience I have ever experienced will report to the BBB

Will never recommend
My sister hired them to do the move for my mom from Georgia to California, the move was completed on September 28, they got here around 5:30pm which should have never happened in the first place because they finished close to 10pm. A bunch of the furniture is broken, and we still have not received any response on how they will reimburse us for any of it. Will never recommend.
My mom did mentioned the people that packed the furniture in Georgia were very good and diligent, what happened after that and what i got in California is a complete different story.
