Norman and Clark for friendly efficiency.
I phoned Norman and Clark, hoping to be able to book my car in for an MOT, to be done while I was over the road, watching a game of youth football at Daventry Sports Park. They were very helpful and the booking was made. On first arrival, their car parking was more than adequate, the building modern and impressive and the reception was clean and very professional in appearance. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and the car booked in and I was even given a large mug of hot coffee, to take with me to drink while I watched the game over the road. I received a phone call when the MOT had been successfully completed and told that I could collect my car, whenever I was ready. So on completion of the game I was watching, I walked back over the road to return their mug to the smiling receptionist and the invoice and car keys were awaiting my attention. I may also add that the car had been parked in a very convenient position, to just be driven straight away, rather than crammed in between other vehicles, as has been my experience at other garages. So all in all, what is normally a frustrating experience on MOT day, had been made a much more positive experience, by the friendly, welcoming and efficient staff at Norman and Clark.
