My first policy bind was quick & easy. I love the easy button! Underwriting very helpful.

Everything is great overall. The audit process needs more communication, as I am trying to reach out to confirm if there is anything else needed. I am sometimes confused about who the point of contact would be if there are questions or concerns.

Each time I have reached out to the underwriting department to discuss types of risks I am looking to place coverage on, the underwriting team has been very prompt and helpful in their response. In addition, for the risks that qualify with Normandy, the pricing has been very competitive on a consistent basis.

Peggy Bloomquist was timely in providing request for additional information. We have been working with the prospect and are currently securing additional underwriting information.

Very quick and easy to get a quote. Once binding has been requested they are quick to turn it around and get a binder and invoice. The underwriter and marketing representative are the great with communications to keep me updated and informed.
