Possibly the worst company I have ever…

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ordered the gear coffee table in July with an advertised 2-3 week wait time, from Nordic nest. Each month is has been delayed and delayed again. I was promised a delivery from the 13th of September, and then I receive an email saying there is no real date they can expect it to be delivered, just towards the end of October. When asked if they can’t guarantee further delay, I was told no. Starting to believe I will never receive this table.

It took over 1 week before I got…

It took over 1 week before I got feedback to my order. I had paid my order immediately when i placed it but still got reminders for paiment.
About a month after i had received my order and i had not placed any new orders i got an email notification to pay for my order. Which I ignored of course.

All reviews, good as bad, are important to us as we only get better by learning from our mistakes. Your experience doesn´t sound good and this is nothing that a customer should go through when buying with us. So I had a look at the case in order to make sure that something like this won´t happen again.

1: You placed the order online with us Friday 1.5. (public holiday)
2: I personally mailed you the order confirmation the next working day Monday 4.5. and asked for payment. You answered my mail and informed me that you have made a bank transfer Saturday 2.5.
3: The payment was registered on our account Friday 8.5. and you received a notification from our system. Unfortunately international bank transfers takes some days in contrast to paying with credit card what is also possible on our homepage. Then the order would have left our warehouse 1-2 working days later.
4: Your order left our warehouse in Berlin the next working day Monday 11.5. and again you received a notification from our system with tracking info. The order was delivered with you Friday 15.5.

The mail you received two weeks after your order was shipped was just your receipt. I´m sorry if you misunderstood this but nothing in that mail asked you to pay again. Normally the receipt is sent out 1-2 days after an order has left our warehouse but due to a system change beginning of May some mails were delayed.

After collecting all the facts I can´t see that anything went wrong from our side and I´m actually satisfied how your order was processed especially during these challenging times. Was your review maybe meant for another company? If so, then I would much appreciate if you would change this review as this shows a wrong picture of us. But if the review is really meant for us then I would be happy if you could send me a mail directly and we can maybe clear any misunderstandings. My mailaddress is mha@norr11.com

The lower part of the table that I have…

The lower part of the table that I have purchased is not made out of wood. The two different layers are now slowly separating from each other which adds a worn out look to the edges of the table. For this price, I expected a fully woodden table.

I´m sorry about the 2 stars and to hear that you are not satisfied with your product.

I can see that you bought a table from our beatiful new OKU collection. First of all I guarantee you that the table is made of 100% wood. The legs are made of solid oak. The tabletop is made of several layers of oak veneer glued together also known as plywood. This makes the tabletop much more stable than a solid tabletop that is more open to external influences. To that a solid tabletop this thin would soon be crooked and look terrible. So it was the full intention from our designers in order to make these beautiful tables look paper thin.

The material specifications are written in the product descriptions and we have several pictures of the products even showing the different layers of wood. So we are not trying to hide anything but I will of course ask my colleagues to overlook the descriptions again and see if anything needs to be changed.

You are writing that the layers are starting to separate. This is of course not ok and would be the first time we hear about this. I would be happy to help you with this matter so could you kindly send me an email with some pictures of the table. My email address is mha@norr11.com

Delivery service could have been…

Delivery service could have been better. Times were vague, when my usual delivery option was unable to accept the delivery the response from the company / courier was short and not the most polite, which is not what I expected from a premium priced product.

Happy with the product now that I have received it.

Terrible experience, please avoid!

Horrible wait times, unreliable customer service, unbelievable delivery terms.

We've been waiting and waiting for a dining table and chairs for ages, having been promised it would arrive before Christmas. Costumer service saying soon, promising to call you back, but they rarely do, often leaving you hanging for weeks.

Delivery won't carry to your door, only offering curb-side drop off even though you paid +30.000kr for a product.

In addition they withdrew the money from our account twice "by accident"! Not to be trusted, please avoid this mess of a store

I ordered bar chairs in november and was told that they would be delivered in 6 weeks. I am still waiting, nobody has contacted me and every time I call I am told I will be called back but I never am. So I have paid 2000 euros and have no idea if I will get the product.

Take your money and tell you lies

It is now near the end of my holiday, and I still have no product. The apparent reason for the delay is that my product (the storm outdoor furniture) has to be stuffed manually in the UK. So why advertise it as 1-2 weeks delivery timescale when you know you can't achieve that? People will work off that information. This is one of my many questions that I was promised a call back on which never came. They don't care.

Bunch of Liars, Totally Unreliable

To be avoided! Beware. 18 weeks of wait for a table that they're advertising as 4 weeks. And still nothing shipped as of today. 18 WEEKS. Every time they come to you with a delivery date, only to push it back again and again, giving you false hope after another: 2 weeks, another 2 weeks, then next week, then 3 weeks, then a month, etc. They just don't know how to do business. They take your money, and then you hear nothing, just lies after lies, and what you get is NOTHING and a lot of FRUSTRATION.
