I have experience only as a parent buying photos. The website has terrible UX. Especially the "zoom" function, where you have to scroll up and down the screen to view each photo. Also figuring out how to buy what type of products you want is pretty annoying.

Good experience over all. The website is very easy to use, and the photos are very nice looking. Prices seemed fair.
My only issue would be the fact that we are obliged to buy the photos in "packs" which meant that we ended up with way too many photos... It would be nice if the option of choosing individual photos were available.

Super expensive. They take advantage of parents. They force us to buy many copies while half is sufficient. They are modern thieves.
