i bough a pair of shoes on special for $89 they then they give me a refund that takes 5 working day with no reason then the next day i go to purchase the same pair but for some reason they are now $135 they cost me time effort and waiting for money to return they skinned me so they could keep the shoes for a higher resale i wouldnt trust them

The Christmas season is often stressful and trying to find the right gift is not without its challenges. We were served by Chelsea at NB Slyvia Park. She was friendly, approachable, patient and knowledgeable. She gave awesome service with a smile.

Placed an online order on 11/12, got my dispatch email on the 12/12, and received my delivery on Monday 16th. Great!

At the Hamilton store staff need to work better with work colleagues. No team togetherness, one girl quite aggressive, and really made the whole shopping experience for me very awkward. A bit of "team-building" is clearly needed. Wouldn't visit there again.

Purchased a Billabong Wallet. Absolutely love it! North Beach were very quick to action the order and kudos also to NZ Post for very fast delivery at this time of year. Will be shopping here again :)

This is what an extra $5;00 for protecting the cap looks like / they told me it normally comes in a transit bag lol what a joke- it’s in a box with no packaging !

Brought some UGG boots. The front of the sole lifted and they left the security tag on.

Had the most amazing service today. Two different transactions by two different staff members at your Cashel street store in chch. Tyler was the first to serve us. Offered to store our luggage behind the counter so we didn’t have to drag them round the shop. Tried to find an idea I was looking for them checked in with us through out our visit. Later that day I rang to do another purchase online and was Helped by Mica who again was brilliant. Helping me set up Laybuy so I was able to purchase another pair of vans. Both lads absolutely brilliant. It’s hard to get great staff these days so make sure you look after these two. I will definitely be shopping with you again!

I love how North Beach is packed with different types of clothing and accessories for people to wear. Most of their clothing is good for the trending outfits, like when the Thrasher Hoodies/Shirts were trending back then. They also sell good brands like Stussy, Champion, Dickies etc. The stores customer service is really good and friendly online and in-store!

- Some of the items are expensive and you're pretty much able to buy similar ones for a cheaper price
- Some of their clothing info is not that accurate when shopping online
