There were spots on on of the cushions…
There were spots on on of the cushions but we did not want to reclaim since our delivery was delayed due to a mistake from the factory packing the furnitures in vietnam. The furnitures are not very comfortable so we have bought new cushions for the chairs.

Amazing bambus furniture and…
Amazing bambus furniture and decorations. Had the sofa bed for a while now and we are loving it and using it every day. The madrass is amazing, also to sleep on. And the bambús is so beautiful to look at and easy to maintain. Every time I go to your new store I find unique pieces and you have very good service and nice staff. Look forward coming back.

For several weeks I have been communicating with a very arrogant and unfriendly employee who is constantly lecturing me about a complaint. Their statements are wrong and contradictory. I would never buy anything from North by North again and I advise everyone against it. The absolute worst service.

And again an arrogant claim is made that we don't take care of our furniture. You didn't ask about care in a single sentence, but made a wild thesis that we wouldn't take care of our furniture. Cheeky! We've only had the furniture for a year, it's supposed to be outdoor furniture, and although we covered it in the cold and rainy months with the tarpaulin we bought from North by Noth for the furniture, and although the furniture is said to have been treated by North by North should the tables get discolored within a few months, or rather mold. It's not because of how we treat the furniture and it's not because of the mold, as one North by North employee explained on the basis of the external events, because otherwise all the furniture that we bought from Noth by North would have been attacked by the mold and not only the tables. I continue to advise against anyone buying the furniture as we have never had such a bad experience with either a product or the service of the manufacturer or distributor.

Hi Iskander, thank you for your feedback here also. Once again there is absolutely nothing wrong with the furniture you bought from us.
I am sorry that you feel that I am lecturing you, but of course I have tried to guide you in how to maintain your furniture so they will last the next 10 years. Since I can see from the pictures you have submitted that the tables are attacked by mold which needs to be treated. You need to maintain all kinds of wood furniture if they get effected which is normal. Its very clear on the pictures that you haven't maintained the products otherwise they would not look like this.
We cannot meet your claim for compensation due to mold on some of the furniture.
We have informed you about how you can submit a complaint about our decision.

5 Star for products and customer service
We live in England and wanted to buy these beautiful bamboo garden furniture. Unfortunately they don't normally deliver to the UK however, their kindly staff made an exception and agreed to sort this out for us. What we hadn't thought about was that due to Brexit it was all a bit more complicated than normally. After a lot of admin work and phone calls trying to work out how to get all this over to the UK we got there at the end and within 2 weeks our beautiful furniture arrived. I can highly recommend North by North products. The quality is fantastic and not only that the furniture's are super super nice. A huge thanks to the lovely Gitte, who was the lady sorting out all this for us. your help, daily follow up and communication throughout the whole process was just amazing and we cant wait to buy more stuff from you in the near future. I will give you 5 star for great products and fantastic customer service :)

I have bought both bamboo furniture and several pots with North by North. I am very happy with both type of products. They have lasted me and my mother 4 years (one pot was a gift to my mum). Their showroom had a lot of products to choose from and the owner was kind and informative.
