This was my first time getting to use NorthCoast Banners after a promotion! I mainly knew what to do, but the help at NorthCoast was tremendous and the banners arrived yesterday!

I truly wish I could give 500 stars. What an amazing company. Chevi and Rose took superior care in making sure our design was exactly how we wanted it. And we literally had it hanging on our truss in three days. The best customer care in the business. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!

The staff was extremely helpful in getting me set up with exactly what I needed. The order request sheet was a little confusing, but they responded to questions and answered everything in ways that someone new to the process could understand. I had my order put in on a Friday afternoon and had the physical scrims by the following Thursday. That’s an amazing turnaround time. Especially for a custom ordering service. The product looks great and is exactly what my band wanted. Plus the price was good too. Highly recommend.

I've never ordered a full size backdrop before and this company and staff absolutely slayed making sure I was taken care of. The band appreciates it and our first show with it draped was a hit!
