Delivered on time and great product!

nothing was to much trouble to them,ordered before Christmas for delivery after,on time good quality,reasonably priced,helpful with the installation, client delighted with the end result

So, our 9 month old Golden Retriever decided it would be fun to pull out, chew and destroy the frame gasket under the openings on my bifold doors. These doors were fitted a few years ago back by a company who went pop !

But a quick message to Tony and he came riding to the rescue like a knight in shining armour !

Only confirmed they stock this gasket and told me to pop into the factory tomorrow and he’d get me some to replace the damaged one !

It’s half nine on a Thursday night and I wasn’t expecting a reply ! So thank you from the bottom of my heart mate

I've used North East Bifolds for work in the past and found them to be very professional and their work is of a very high standard.

More recently I had them out to potentially replace a utility room window but they very honestly spotted the issue not being with the window and instead a vent that is situated above the window. This has saved me hundreds of pounds and their honesty was hugely appreciated!

I can not recommend this company highly enough. We built an extension to our home last year and NEB were the easiest company to work with during the whole process. Fantastic lift and slide sliding patio doors and roof lantern

After looking online at various companies who supplied aluminium sliding doors I came across NORTH EAST BIFOLDS LTD and they didn’t disappoint.

Great service throughout. Friendly and informative sales experience. Really good quality doors and windows with fantastic internal blind. I would highly recommend the internal blinds for practicality, cleaning and a very good look. Fitters were very good and removed a layer of bricks to make us almost flush to indoor tiles. We had an issue with one set of blinds which were too short but they simply reordered and replaced it with no questions asked. Great job all round. Thanks lads.
