Do not order shoes from this company. There is several reviews out there with this company and I saw this too late. The shoes are sized incorrectly . Customer service is a joke and basically nonexistent.
I've been trying to return an order for over 2 weeks, but customer service will not provide an approval despite 3 emails to customer service. I want to exchange, and still no reply. It makes me sad that companies practice such shoddy service despite the fact that I followed their size guidelines.

Do not purchase shoes from this company. They have a horribly poor customer service team. I have been requesting a return for nearly 30 days upon receiving the shoes I ordered. I still have no response from the company providing the necessary protocol for returning the shoes, which I tried on and were too small and have never worn. It is as if they are intentionally delaying providing a return process so they can keep my money. I ordered two sizes of the same shoe and neither size fit… Both were too small.

It has been a nightmare. There is no customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes but was charged for two pairs because of a mistake that I made. Within minutes after I saw the total pice of my purchase I contact them via email to let them know I only wanted one pair of shoes, not two pairs of the same shoes. They did not reply to my many emails. 11 days after the ordered was placed is when I received the shoes. They sent the shoes wrapped together in plastic wrap. No box to protect the shoes. Previous to them sending me the shoes I told them to cancelled the order but they did not respond to my request to cancel the order. I am recommending people to not buy from Northendshops. They take your money and give you no customer service what so ever. They want you to pay for returns. They do not want to give you refunds. They encourage exchange rather than giving refunds. Northend should not be allow to be in retail business. They do not give a phone number to contact them: They do not try to work with you to cancel your order or correct your order. It’s shameful that this company is allow to have their business. I wish I knew the way they did their business before I placed my order. Please shop some where else. Northend takes your many and give you horrible service or no service at all.

The shoes looked cheap and did not fit well. Through several emails of the trying to get me to exchange the shoes, of which I would have to pay for the shipping, I still have not received the address to return the shoes for a refund.

I ordered shoes & they arrived 2 weeks later. The sizing is incorrect & they didn't fit. I emailed customer service for instructions on how to return them. No response. I looked up on the website for their refund policy & saw where I'd have to return them to Italy at my expense. I live in the USA. I'll just donate the shoes to a thrift shop & never use this company again. I don't believe the return is to Italy because the shoes were delivered from Texas. This is just a way to get people to not pursue a return and they keep your money. I'll never buy from a Facebook/Meta ad again either. The companies advertising seem to be all like this. It's a shame! People want the products but customer service is shady.

These shoes are horrendous! Not as advertised at all! Smelly, small, plastic cheap shoes. Good luck trying to get your money back. Do not give them a dime.

BEWARE SCAMMMMMM

I had a terrible experience with Northend Shoes. My order arrived incomplete, and the items I did receive were of noticeably poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. After sending 6 emails requesting a return, I never received a single response.

This feels like fraudulent business practice and false advertising. They take your money, ship substandard or missing items, and then ignore all attempts at communication. I would strongly warn others to avoid buying from this company.

In any case, I am giving a heads up: DO NOT ORDER / BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered two pair of Munich orthopedic style shoes on 7/2 and received them on 7/10. They did not fit, their quality was not good especially that the shoes were touted to be orthopedic!!!! I immediately contacted company that day requesting a refund. On 7/12 I sent a second email.

The journey has continued to this day(8/19) as I have not received any information on how to return these terrible shoes...The company is running some kind of scam and false advertising. I think myself and many others are out their hard earned money……………..

The product information is fraudulent – these are not orthopedic shoes and the quality is terrible.

I have had much email correspondence with them explaining the situation. I have received many responses such as:
1) Do an exchange because shipping back to China or Italy (not sure) would be too expensive. I told them, no I want a refund.
2) If this is about delivery – which it was not – give us more time
3) This needs Manager approval

I have left many voicemails on 719 666-9066 which is now a no longer working number. All voicemails and emails are now been totally ghosted.

I have given warnings on ads on social media, have contacted Better Business and left reviews in Trustpilot and Amazon as well.

What a terrible company.......And a lesson to me ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS FIRST!!

This company is DBA Northend. The shoes are falsely advertised and complete trash. What a waste of money. They should be embarrassed for taking people’s money.

Shoes reeked of a chemical smell
Arrived without a shoes box
Arrived 18 days after placing order
Materials are not as advertised

Disappointing and went straight to the trash.

Guys , unbelievable that I did not read these reviews before ordering .. ordered , paid my hard earned money and received my sandals THREE times too small and with genuine hope I immediately emailed them within 5 minutes of receiving them to tell them of their mistake whereupon 24 hours later I received a generic reply stating that if I were returning them it would be at my own expense and furthermore they would NOT be sending me my correct order until such time as they had received back the wrong order before they would send the original order out .. madness at its best … I have sent an email telling them if they invested even a percentage of their advertising budget on their customer service it would be of much better value .. will they care ? Let’s see ..🙈

Disappointed – Not Comfortable & Poor Return Policy

I ordered orthopedic shoes from Northend, but they were not comfortable at all and definitely didn’t feel supportive or orthopedic as advertised. The fit was also off, and they felt cheaply made.

When I tried to return them, I was told I had to pay over $15 for return shipping, and they only offer an exchange, not a refund—even though their website makes it sound like returns are easy. Very misleading. They tell you

The exchange process is actually easier and quicker than a return/refund. For a return/refund, you would need to go through a lengthy approval process and ship the shoes back at your own expense.
Also, you have to still ship the shoes back yo CHINA and pay $15 or more and wait for the exchange.

Save your money and buy from a more reputable brand that stands behind their comfort claims and offers a fair return policy. I regret this purchase and won’t be buying from Northend again.

Buyer Beware!! Poorer quality than the Dollar Store. None of the 3 pair fit; one of the 3 pair was the wrong size. Not BBB certified. Reviews on their website are misleading! Pure junk shoes.😤

I was also duped by this company who straight up stole my money. They sent me shoes that were NOT the size that I ordered or agreed to pay for. They want me to return them to CHINA (not to Colorado) at my own cost (and then I'm supposed to trust that they will refund me. Ha!). They literally threw whatever they had into a package and mailed it to me so they could steal my hard earned dollars.

I would give this company NEGATIVE STARS if I could. I received the wrong size. I contacted customer service immediately and was told that I had to pay return shipping to exchange the item. I requested that the company provide a prepaid return label and send the correct size, due to their own mistake. After each email, they sent an automated email message that didn't pertain to my email. I have reached out several time now with no response. A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Ordered shoes. Website stated 3-5 business days. 18 days later, received shoes which were too small, discolored and creased (from packaging). They requested that I send them pics of the merchandise. Then sent me a email saying I’m sending too many emails. Too many hoops to get a refund. Checked address on package-not legit. Checked address on website-not legit. Lesson learned. SCAM-DO NOT order from this website!

The shoes are cheaply made and sized incorrectly. Customer service is a joke. I have been trying to return an order since June but they will not provide an address for returns/refunds.

These shoes are so poorly made of cheap material. I have requested return multiple times. First they said I can exchange. Then I told them their website says you can return. Now they want pictures of the shoes and said multiple layers of approval to process. So shady!!

According to the chart online, US size 8 = 38. I have 5 pairs of shoes that don't fit. I wrote to the company 5 times in the past 4 weeks asking for an exchange for a size 41. They finally provided a return address which in "CHINA". It will cost me 600.00 to ship the shoes back to them via UPS. If I use USPS, it will cost me 200.00. I wrote back to them on 07/21/2025 and still haven't received a response. The client service is horrible. The shoes are not worth the experience. I'll never order from this company again and I will tell all my friend, neighbors and coworkers NOT to order from this company.
