Worst customer service ever.
I ordered 2 pairs of work pants in November, 3 months ago.
Not shipped, no response to the emails.
They sent a refund email, but I have yet to receive the refund.
This business is a complete joke.

I bought a pair of Snicker pants in September 2023 but when I didn’t receive my package after 6 weeks I cancelled the order. I am still waiting to be reimbursed. Sarah there is ignoring all my emails. Do not buy anything from these guys, they will just keep your money!

Cannot stress it enough, DO not purchase from this company! They have stolen my money, refusing to refund me for goods they didn’t have in stock and that I didn’t need once they got them - it’s been a 7 months back and forth! Just don’t cause yourself the stress, not worth it!!!

I've ordered work boots twice in two years and received my order within 5 business days both times. I had recommended the site to a family member and they never received the order they had placed and no return emails or calls after initial contact. Seems to be fraudulent with enough orders going at that it seems legitimate.

Placed an order 5 months ago. Still have not received everything I ordered and they refuse to give me my money back and keep telling me just keep waiting. It has been 5 MONTHS. This company is so sketchy , do not order from them.

Watch out for these people. Placed an order and paid for it. Received an email 2 weeks later saying item wasn’t available so I asked for a refund. Was told their refund budget was maxed out for that month already but it would come the following month. Been 2.5 months now no reply and no refund.

I finally received an item I ordered at the end of October so company is legit just isn't good at responding or giving any info out about orders. Lucky me PayPal refunded me and I still received my item.

Is not a real company, is a scam. YOU DO NEVER BUY FROM HIM !!! He will take your money and you will never receive nothing ! Just try to call the phone number or check the adress on google map, you will see is not real.
Check Facebook, is a real joke. Put picture of some work site and nothing else.

It’s fake. They take your money and send you nothing. They don’t respond to emails asking the status of your order, whether your order has or will ever be sent, or your requests for refunds. They also don’t answer phone calls. It actually isn’t a business phone number, it just rings through to a default personal voicemail of the cellphone carrier and your call is never returned (don’t believe me, try it before ordering). Anyway, unless you just want to kiss your money goodbye, do NOT order from this fake business.

Total scam. These people don’t have the items they say they have and they don’t ever intend on sending you the items you purchased.

This is a fraudulent business, plain and simple. These guys will send you nothing, in fact they go as far as to submit shipping information to Canada Post and then it stays in a “delayed” state until Canada Post decides to clear it. They even make cut and paste posts on their socials from time to time and run bogus “contests” on their website.

They have two customer service reps who I’m quite sure aren’t real people. They barely answer emails and when I finally got a response they just rehash the same “restructuring” excuse time and time again. Looking at the other reviews, they have been “restructuring” forever and that’s probably because they aren’t. I would imagine it’s pretty tough to restructure a business that doesn’t exist. They have no phone number and the address on the website is a plaza in Scarborough to which the owners say have no business named Northern Boots renting a unit from them.

Stay far away from this website. Fair warning, they will send you nothing and take your money, forcing you to open a dispute for a charge back on your credit card.

Whoever has been scammed by these guys should go to the Canadian anti fraud website and report northernboots.ca. Eventually the RCMP will investigate once a certain amount of reports have been made. Early next year the new portal opens and it becomes easier to report fraudulent businesses.

Stay away from this website if you don’t have money to waste. I am convinced that any good reviews on Trust Pilot or Google have been submitted by people who are involved with this website.

Also be aware that the platform this website runs on is Shopify and they accept zero responsibility for their vendors. They will not help you and will only direct you to open a dispute with your bank. They don’t bother to check that a business is legit. They took down their phone number and are nearly impossible to get a hold of.

I received my refund via my credit card today. I hope you thoroughly enjoy the Shopify chargeback guys lol.

It's a scam, please no body buy from them, I bought a boots from them, they never send me a tracking number, and they don't answer my calls, be a careful.

Company seems to be a scam. I ordered 3 pairs of pants about 1-1/2 months ago.
Their site says they ship in 5 business days. I emailed them after about 7 business days. I informed them that the discount said to be 25% on orders over $250 was not applied at the checkout. I see now, that should have been a deal breaker for me.
This was late October or so. They wrote back that they would refund the discount sometime in January. No need to wait like that in these times of e-commerce.
Got an email the next day saying my order shipped, and gave me a tracking number. At first when I tracked it, it said package would arrive the next day. That was more than a month ago.
Now the tracking number says delayed, no explanation.
I’m sure it’s a complete scam, as they have never responded to any of me subsequent emails.

Please people dont buy anything from that place you will loose your money northern boots equal scamm they are fraud big time DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED

PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOU ANYTHING AND KEEP GIVING YOU FAKE EXCUSES AND YOU CANNOT CLAIM A CHARGE BACK FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD. DO NOT BUY!

Scam! This company takes your money then dose not respond to your emails . No phone number to call . Phone your credit card company to get the charge reversed before it’s too late . PayPal dose not help you either .

Don't order from northernboots.ca

They claim after your order and payment charged that it will take ten days to ship, then they continue the "We apologize for the delay, we've had delays, we know it's frustrating..." until you realize it's a scam and you attempt to cancel your order and they won't refund you. You'll need to have your credit card company reverse the charge.

Purchased work boots 4 weeks ago. No email receipt was delivered and I have not received the boots or any communication as to where they are or when they are coming. I was charged and have no communication. Very disappointed.
