Usually great but the white fox peppered mint have all been different packaging the last 3 times I've ordered. Just find it hard to believe the company that makes them has changed it 3 times in the last 3 months. Just makes me wonder if they're genuine

Insane value
Insane value! Buying snus was a real cost in terms of money and also low level stress of always having to find a shop to buy them. My first order I got about 26 cans which will last me 2 months and it’s saving me over £100!!!
No more “no snus” angst and no more worrying about money/snus ratio in the last week of the month.
Delivery was great, customer service respond quickly and helpful and it saved me A TONNE of money!

First order great, Second Order not good at all.
The first order was great. I paid for the FedEx 2 day shipping and it got here in that time. The second order cut me short due to the 104 can limit every 45 days.
The second order was 35 cans, within the limit. I chose the standard shipping option this time. The order was shipped all the way to my home town post office and then it was sent back to Northerner because they didn't request signature. SO FRUSTRATING!
Northerner refunded my order which still hasn't hit my bank account 2 weeks later... Ontop of that, The refunded order brought me to the can limit so I cannot re order it. After emails with customer service they basically said nothing they can do about it. Terrible experience and they made no attempt to make it right whatsoever. LAME!

Great Prices, But Too Many Damaged Pouches
I really appreciate Northerner’s pricing and the speed of delivery, but I continue to receive multiple cans with damaged pouches inside. I’m not sure how this keeps happening, but when the pouches are torn, leaking, or crushed, it completely ruins the nicotine delivery and makes them uncomfortable to use. At that point the product isn’t usable, and the value of the order drops fast.
This seems to be a recurring quality‑control issue either during packing or storage, and it’s frustrating because the rest of the experience with Northerner has been positive. I’d like to see better inspection before shipping so customers aren’t paying for cans that are partially or fully compromised.
