Such a scam! I ve ordered a jacket on 26th of february, now we are the 12th of April and nothing happends... i send them many messages and not even 1 answer.
They deleted them facebook account, i tryed also to message them on instagram but no answers! I am so angry! Don't buy anything from them they are robbers!!

Ordered from facebook and absolutely nothing is happening.
I have been writing to there service, and still nothing happens.
Avoid this Company.

Terrible customer service. My product was lost in the mail because of their poor shipping polices and they refused to expedite another shipment for me. They don't respond to inquiries. Their products are overpriced and are coming from China. Do not order from them.

Ordered via Facebook. Nothing received despite several queries. Rubbish. Avoid.

We ordered a jacket too, it was XL, it doesn't fit and the material was cheap, not the 5 below warm jacket as advertised. What really upsets me is that Facebook has no protocol on checking these websites legitimacy. How did they get away this long with this? I hate to say it, but from now on, Amazon only for us.

This might not even be a legit company. My payment transaction went through immediately, however even though I ordered my item over a month ago the tracking on the shipment says that it hasn't even been package yet. I have attempted to contact them multiple times and cancel my order and get my money back but I have yet to receive a reply.

Ordered a fleece that took almost a month to arrive. When I took out of the package I realized it was a xx not a large. I have sent many emails about a return but no response. Do not purchase from this company .

I ordered some products with the "sale" they had running, as everything looks really good online. Got an email letting me know when my products would ship. More than a week later, I still hadn't seen anything ship on the links that were sent. Emailed customer service seeking answers, was told shipping would occur within 5-7 business days. Well, many business days later, nothing had shipped yet. I finally had received my products almost a month later and, what do you know, nothing fit properly despite my taking measurements as best as possible. I contacted them again because, according to their website, if you email their customer service you will get a response within 24 hours. It has been 5 days and I haven't heard back.

This is a complete SCAM. Do not buy this garbage from China.

Well, quite obvious to how it was a "too good to be true" opportunity. Thinking to get a great quality jacket with a sale. Well, that's trick number 1 of the scammers handy book. Second of all, their information is limited. They have no contact number and only an email address, giving me the thought they are running a VPN for untraceable connections making them hard to find and shut down. So, if you want a good quality jacket/bag/whatever, just buy stuff in person. At least you know what you are getting then, or always do your research. Hopefully someone will shut their cheap asses down.

CHEAP SHOOT SENT DIRECTLY FROM CHINA. SENT WRONG SIZE. ORDERED MEDIUM AND GOT XL. COMPLETE SCAM AS EVERYONE ELSE HAS SAID. BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complete scam - never ever use! After a sustained facebook campaign i really liked the look of one of the jackets, and I ordered one 6 weeks ago - as I live in Europe I knew there may be delays, but as it went past 3 weeks I asked how my order was going. A Bethany said she was delighted to tell me it was ready for shipping and I should receive a number - I did - happy days it will be here soon! it is now 6 weeks and after countless emails I have now had to raise a fraud case with my bank - they have simply not responded to my last 4 emails. I wish I saw this webpage before ordering to save me the hassle! Also as a pointer at how dodgy this company is, they have taken down all their facebook presence! NEVER ORDER OF THEM! CROOKS!

SCAM Got ripped off. dumb me

I ordered a coat for 124 bucks on valentines day. I didnt hear anything for about a week and a half but the website said at most 6 days before I get an update. So I emailed them. They got back to me saying there was a problem with their manufacturing partner, and they gave me a discount a couple days later. Then they emailed me saying it shipped with 2 different tracking links. One of them says theres nothing to track, the other says it's still in pre-shipment. The site also said that worldwide shipping should only take at most 17 days. I live in the US so it should not be taking this long. I emailed them 2 days ago on where my coat is. They havent gotten back.

Complete scam. I ordered a jacket 72 days ago and they said it "got lost in transit" and will imediately be sending another 1. That response was 10 days ago... Don't order from them!!

The Website is a scam. don't buy.
