Great Service!
I purchased a property through NPP and I would highly recommend them. I am not an experienced property investor but NPP helped in every stage with their expertise to avoid any pitfalls.
Bryony and James were very experienced and helpful and it was a pleasure working with them.

Great product, needs upgrade on customer service
Initially the investment manager James was very nice. We had a call and he found a deal which perfectly suited my criteria. Then when I was passed onto the project manager for the sale things started going wrong. Renu didn’t seem to be professional or proficient at her work. Luckily, she was promptly replaced with Bryony which pushed the deal through. For a sourced deal getting to completion took a very long time! From November to May. Their recommended solicitor was nice but his emails were often cluttered and confused. Over all Bryony is the reason that saved this review from being lower. The product is a great one but the team could use a brush up and show a more professional attitude and move a little bit quicker.

Great help for my property journey
NPP have been very professional, quick to respond and helpful in every way. For someone who has no experience in property investment, I feel confident because of the strong team support. I really appreciated the team effort and helped me secure a BTL property.
