Totally happy with the work done - 2 doors, front and back boiler house. Front door was a challenge because of the size, but the job was no problem for them. The fitting was top class, and the fellas worked well and finished everything within the day and left no trace. Having been let down by other local fitters with high prices and non-communication, I know now who to contact for future works.

Great service from start to finish. Good job done by the 2 very friendly fitters and sales Would recommend. Also lovely lady in Morrisons that started the ball rolling for us

Have to say, as a customer who’s lived in two houses but never had new windows/doors fitted before, I was sceptical. You just don’t know who to trust and whilst companies promise the earth, you are lucky if you get a village !

Northern Trade Windows, Luke/Ricky (Sales), Phil (Surveyor) and the fitters, Mark, Matty and another lad whose name I forgot, were all top draw.

Really efficient. Attention to detail was unreal and the fitters….lets just say those boys were a class act. Always grafting. Every finish was meticulously carried out, they were tidy after every day but be warned, if you get Mark and his boys, they love a good cuppa ! For 3 days graft we went through half a tub of sugar 😂 They earnt it though.

So, if you’re thinking of getting your windows, doors, conservatories done, don’t hesitate…….NTW are the ones you should be using. Cheers fellas

From my initial enquiry NTW made me feel like a valued customer. The sales team undertook multiple visits to see my home before providing the quote, which was presented to us by the owner. Our project was certainly not a straight forward one, with elongated windows and arched windows. The installation team surveyed the house thoroughly and came up with a strategy that paid dividends throughout fitting. The installation of the windows was undertaken to a very high standard with no issues that couldn't be overcome. The team finished the interior extremely well and left our home clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend NTW to anyone. I would like to give a special mention to Elliot and Luke in the sales team for making the ordering as straightforward as possible, and Phil and Matt for the work involved in surveying and designing the windows. My biggest thanks go to Kyle, Matt and Andy for the install. They all did an amazing job and we couldn't have asked for anymore; Kyle was there throughout the project on site and ensured it was delivered to such a high standard. Thank you

I would highly recommend Northern trade windows they offer a professional efficient service. They were really helpful listening to my requests and providing useful advice so I could achieve an amazing look within my budget. Fantastic quality really good team from quotation to completion.

Just wanted to say that this company has one of the best sales team. Very professional and easy to deal with.
Then i had a mix of both good & bad deal with the guys that came in to fit my windows.
Initially i wasn't happy with the service, spoke to the installation manager Phil, he has come and fixed majority of the issues.
I did believe i have paid for child restrictions in each of my rooms, turns out no one has made a note of it, therefore these were not fitted.
Well is what it is, the company is willing to fit them in for me now, so I'm hoping once that is done we are all happy.
To sum it all up, i really recommend Luke doing your windows, will not disappoint.
Leaving a 4⭐️ review purely because of the issues we have finally agreed to fix. Overall good quality of the product.

I can not rate Northern Trade Windows highly enough. From the first call to the Sales team (Steven) to the visit from Chris (sales rep) and the installation (Andy) itself everything has been brilliant. Everything was so smooth and quicker then expected and the Windows & doors are simply fantastic. I would definitely use Northern Trade Windows again.

didnt get what we ordered ,good installation but poor sales, installation took longer than what was agreed with salesman,asked for gold handle on door ,got silver put on ,asked for like for like door panels but insalled clear glass instead of frosted,constant phone calls for balance to be paid,paid it then two weeks after asking again for balance,dont bother with this company

I am very happy with all aspects in dealing with Northern trade windows . I had 3 windows replaced and the team worked methodically without any problems. The installation team were pollite and worked very well together resulting in a very nice job.

We have just had all the back of our house windows replaced. From the initial visit for a quote to the surveyor calling to measure up to the actual fitting of the windows, it was 5 stars all the way. Friendly and efficient,clean and tidy. Excellent work. We have used NTW before for our doors and patio doors and could not recommend them highly enough. Great job all round.

Very attentive at all stages. They were able to accommodate with ease, the fitting of a cat flap and encapsulating an original leaded window. Friendly down to earth bunch.

I have had 11 windows and 2 composite doors supplied and fitted by NTW supplied and fitted in June 2024.

The items are of great quality and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this local company.

Initial contact with the company was speedy and informative. When the fitters arrived the old windows were removed and replaced with the new ones. The installation was completed in one day. No complaints a job well done
