Everything about their service is friendly and professional, from booking an appointment to cleaning up afterwards. Price increases over the years have been minimal so we always feel we are getting excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

So grateful to have this business as my go to service/advice etc. Recently had a concern with a strange noise within the system , Natasha as always got back to me very promptly and arranged for a service with John , so that he could investigate the problem at the same time . Well , I’d say he’s 99% a genius as the noise has almost abated , he explained what the causes could be and reassured me on completion . I was very impressed with how seamless my job request was handled, starting from the admin staff, who contacted me to accept my request, and how they kept fully in touch with me. The engineer arrived as was arranged, he too was very polite and professional throughout. He advised me what his diagnosis was, and what would be required to execute the repairs, which he indeed carried out successfully. I am very pleased about the whole service.
